Hier funktioniert die Datenweitergabe ohne Problem. Die Auftragsbearbeitung und das Bestellwesen laufen so gut, dass man hiermit locker 1-2 Arbeitsplätze sparen kann. Wichtig ist für uns aber auch, dass man seit Jahren die gleichen Ansprechpartner hat, welche unsere Anliegen und Wünsche genau kennen. Pros automatischen Kommissionierung, aber auch mit der Lagerführung. Das wichtigste aber ich der Bestandsabgleich, welcher Dank der automatischen Schnittstellen sehr gut funktioniert! Bei Problemen ist der Support immer sehr gut erreichbar. Sollten zusätzliche Wünsche bestehen, sind individuelle Programmierungen kein Problem. Zudem greifen Elemente wie die Finanzbuchführung direkt auf die Konten zu, so dass die Buchhaltung dank weiterer KI-Funktionen schnell ausführbar sind. Cons Hier können wir keine Nachteile benennen. Hier war die Vepos Akademie ein entscheidender Faktor.In Zusammenarbeit mit der uns betreuenden IT-Firma haben wir uns nach ein paar Irrwegen dann für Vepos entschieden, nicht zuletzt auch wegen des sympathischen Auftretens des gesamten Vepos-Teams.Wir haben uns von Anfang an gut aufgehoben und betreut gefühlt und dieser Eindruck ist bis heute geblieben. CRM funktoniert tadellos und bringt viele neue Features, die uns auch in der Auswertung Kennzahlen bringen, die wir so im alten System nicht abrufen konnten. Für unsere Problemstellungen erhalten wir gute und teilweise verbesserte Gegenvorschläge, die wir oft so umsetzen.Professionelles Arbeiten mit geprüften Abnahmestufen, Testsystem, usw. Pros Schnelle effiziente Umsetzung und gut durchdachte Individualprogrammierungen. Preis- Leistung ist gut.Flache Hirarchien und tolle Unterstützung bei Problemlösungen. Im Bereich Einkauf könnten noch kleine strukturelle Verbesserungen für die Aktualisierungen einzelner Lieferanten vorgenommen werden. Man könnte aus der Geschwindigkeit evtl. noch den letzten Zahn rausholen. Reasons for choosing Vepos Den Ausschlag hatte der vertrauenswürdige Cheff, die Unternehmensgröße, der günstige Mietpreis und eine Empfehlung eines Kollegen gegeben, der VEPOS bereits projektiert hatte. Es war wie bei dem Kollegen alles hochprofessionell, aber nicht maschinell, sondern menschlich einwandfrei!
