Great, Storekit has really improved our business. It makes service so much more efficient and makes our company look very professional online.

Pros

The professional appearance it gives our company through our website and its efficiency. It makes our lives at work a lot easier.

Cons

Although worth it, Storekit is very expensive. For a new business their service can be a considerable expense.

First class system, designed from the ground up to serve the modern hospitality market with dedicated and personal support teams.

Pros

Storekit is built for purpose and designed around the customer experience first and foremost. Supporting this is a first-class and responsive sales, account management and support team. An innovative company that will continue to push for progress to benefit both the customer and the business.

Cons

Early days into our business relationship, but at this stage I have little to complain about. We need to push the system to its limits and ensure it's serving us as well as anticipated. I have used a competitor's system for a fair period of time and Storekit is head and shoulders above it.

Overall, very happy with StoreKit. Menu customisation, refunds and overall management are all top-notch

Pros

Their ease of use, the interface is very intuitive. And the team is great; if you have trouble, you can get to someone very quickly.

Cons

Sometimes there are loading issues. The page will crash, very rarely, but it happens. That can slow down work slightly, but nothing is ever lost

I would say really good. I recommend it too others.

Pros

Customer interface is great and great customer service.

Cons

Transaction fees are high. Realistically I don’t really want to be paying more than 1% of the ex vat ternover.

The ability to change items prices at anytime with no hassle. Also when ever I have had a problem night or day there is someone to help

The lack of design feels like everything is kind of flat would be great to be able to customise more

Fantastic. From onboarding all the way through to daily operation, Storekit has never let us down.

Pros

Switching to a new system is always nerve-wracking, but Storekit made it seamless for us. Their customer service has been outstanding, and the training provided was clear and thorough. The platform is user-friendly, and our customers love the ease of QR code ordering. We've seen improved efficiency, fewer errors, and happier customers. Highly recommend!

Cons

It's a little more expensive than our last provider, but definitely worth it.

I love companies that open their doors and let you use every tool their platform has before they request payment, this is very good practice and creates confidence from me to StoreKit. Loving it!

Pros

A seamless and clean experience to buy and the convienience of connecting to your local delivery platform is worth every penny.

Cons

There are some options that are controlled like the currency is pounds by default which limits a worldwide reach, would like some colors for my store but is not a deal breaker since the product and shop site are beautiful and smooth.

Storekit has been easy, free to set up, and saved me a lot of time and effort with its online menu and ordering. Customers have also praised it as it allows me to open up pre orders in advance and plan events properly. I cant do without it!

Pros

I found storekit really easy to set up, it gave me an online menu and ordering system which also allows for pre orders.

Cons

I would like to be able to delete items from my menu rather than just archive them but this is very minor admin tidying issue, not really a probkem.

I'm so glad I decided to use Storekit. It has made owning my own business that little bit easier. I also don't feel like I'm being ripped off, as a lot of the software available for small businesses worked out to be quite costly, and not as good as Storekit!

Pros

I love how easy the software is to use, not only for me, but for my customers. I feel in complete control as I'm able to easily update and amend my menus. I'm extremely grateful that software support is included, with an excellent response time. Finally, the flexibility of me being able to use the software on my phone is a game changer and allows me to work flexibly.

Cons

Not a con - but the store settings can be a little confusing at times. I.e the store opening times and the operating times. I also find that the modifications within the menu choices can be a bit confusing. I've wanted to use them, but it has just made things confusing for my customers to I deleted them.

Pros

The initial set up process was very smooth and the StoreKit team have offered continued support throughout.

Cons

Our teams have faced challenges with introducing the platform to certain guests. Thankfully, we have created solutions and this seems to be a issue which we run in to less frequently now.

The fact that customers can pre order and order For the night on the night, and just auto Print the order using a mobile WiFi router, just the whole package really seems to fit exactly what we were after, and the constant development since we first joined, constantly improving and feedback and requests are always listened to

Cons

A more mobile friendly app To use on the go, And the over booking possibility, as if 3/4 people are on check out at same time could cause over bookings

Found what I was after, and seemed to match the price Of others that do Similair but not the full features on offer with StoreKit

The software is quick and easy to set up. Making amendments and changes on the fly are easy too.

Cons

Not easy to reorder menu sections (on IPad it just scrolls). Preordering in advance is great, but some customers think you are still open! However storekit are working on suggestions and changes on a regular basis.

Nice and easy to set up and use. Very simple to use.

Cons

Cost of payment processing, but cost could be factored into the product, Stripe is sooo expensive, our card processing is 0.03p auth and 0.3 to 0.6%.

I needed to get a restaurant online with its own menu. Many of the well known food apps charge big money and reduce profit opportunities. Storekit makes this an affordable solution to allow customers to order online

Pros

The was of set up is fantastic, you can literally see results and how your store will look in under 20 mins without and special skills

Cons

There are a few things nI would love to see, Ive inboxed the support team to see if they can add these at some point in the future

Reason for choosing StoreKit

Store kit seemed approachable from the off. There easy to understand systems and explanatory methods to get online made me feel at ease. I didn't have to be a programmer, i could view my store almost instantly and they seem to have the whole thing packaged so neatly its amazing that they only charge commission on card transactions. Looking forward to going live and letting our customers see the results

Excellent! Will keep using it.

Pros

Really complete components for setting up an online store. Customer service is super helpful and always walks me through the process when I get stuck! GreT analytics to see sakes data over time too.

Cons

1\. Don't like that the url link to stoes is clunky and a bit ugly. Would be better if it could be personalisable and more user friendly so when you post it on social media it reads/looks better 2. Need to be able to duplicate menus for editing rather than starting a new menu each time
