So far the experience has been very positive. Pros Storekit has a very clear and intuitive interface, is very easy to set up, really catered to the needs of small food businesses, and has a fantastic technical support team. Cons I wish the interface could allow a higher degree of customisation (colour palette, cover image, etc.)The fee is a bit high, but considering the good tech support it is ok. Making amendments and changes on the fly are easy too. Cons Not easy to reorder menu sections (on IPad it just scrolls). Preordering in advance is great, but some customers think you are still open! Pros The product is very user friendly, easy to be used by mobile or pc. Never problem about taking payment or order. Never. Cons \-I'll like to have the possibility to update the items in the different stores at the same time instead of doing the same works many times (ex: Shop for Delivery + Shop In-store)-Would be usefull to update the slot choosend by the customers if they change their mind about it (ex: Thy call me to change the delivery date my at this point I can't update the system) Review Source AC Andrew C. Very simple to use. Cons Cost of payment processing, but cost could be factored into the product, Stripe is sooo expensive, our card processing is 0.03p auth and 0.3 to 0.6%. I would highly recommend! Pros StoreKit is a great addition to our business, we set up 2 stores in less than an hour and continue to find new great features that drive our sales. I can honestly say this system has revolutionised our golf driving range service and I only wish we found it sooner!! Less people are using it now as the weather has turned, but as its a pay=per=order only with no standing charges this is no issue Pros Integration was easy and fairly fast, the platform is very simply designed and easy to make changes Cons Some things can be a little fiddly and repetitive i.e. modifiers not carrying over to other products, but thats only a small issue Review Source AK Asen K. Or positively said: 'underground'. The address form at the beginning (only zip code?) is a bit unclear. People might wonder if the product really arrives. March 1, 2021 5.0 This is a solution that I can see several of my customers using. I think SK Order & Pay could be almost a perfect fit for any hospitality business wanting to set up an online food sales service, while avoiding the commitment and commissions that the larger players impose. Pros SK Order & Pay is extremely intuitive to set up and to navigate around, so it's easy to play around with changes and make tweaks while learning how to set up and use it. The customer-facing website it produces is clean and slick-looking and the actual ordering steps -- arguably the most important part of what this software does -- are fast to load and again intuitive. Cons There's honestly nothing at this stage I can criticise. We haven't yet deployed it in a real-life situation so I can't comment on its reliability, but the fact so many recognisable brands are using it gives me confidence that it will be reliable in the field. Easy to use. Cons Seat selection dropdown was initially too long (as we have hundreds of seats), however, Storekit have since improved this based on my feedback - and it is now searchable. Great! Saves a lot of time and headache Cons Unfortunately there is no option to delete the "coffee shop menu" which is set for some sort of setting purposes.
