Simplicity to set up and manage day to day

Cons

Not to many cons to mention, maybe the fact that there is no live video option.

Customers assistance and sales deparment as well.

Pros

Easy integration and easy understanding about how to implement the brain of the chat bot, great support 24/7.

Cons

The integration with Zendesk sometimes lost the connection of the socket in real time, but that was resolved, the report suite of the plataform, it should be much better in the next version of Sage Talk.
