The Team was available 24/7 and was able to work around my schedule. Everyone on the Team was up to date of the progress and current status, so I didn't have to repeat my steps. Cons I did not have any issues with the Team and Process. They went above and beyond for me and substantially exceeded my expectations. It's easy to update as things change. The Shopney support team has been wonderful in providing tools and tutorials to help along the way. They even assisted me in creating a layout that was both beautiful and functional. Cons Being able to send an automated push notification only to first time users would be wonderful. Also the ability to have app specific discounts, or first time user discounts. I'd love to offer the ability to offer discounts to users who leave items in their cart for more than a day.
