Pros
We loved how easy it is to use it, also Anura's support is top notch and you are never put on hold...These guys solved whatever issues we had on certain occasions in very quick manner.
The transition seemed pretty easy when we moved from Foreniq to Anura. Anuras support team is very responsive and helpful.
Excellent reporting dashboard, with great segmenting options and easy-to-use interface.
Anura has been nothing but helpful and makes us look like wizards when discussing lead quality with other marketing partners.
Cons
There is a lack of transparency and automated reporting on the software. We'd like more access to a report where every click/lead will have reporting available to show why something is fraud.
I wish I could see the actual call chains for leads flagged warning or bad so I can get more details on the source.
TheMediaTrust provides a call chain with all referral URLs and identifies what they flagged as bad.
Initially the integration of the software was wrong due to the proprietary system we have, so the scores were very off from other clients that used the software as well.

"If you own and operate a webiste Anura should be on it!"
Overall: The Team at Anura has been collaborative since Day 1. They listened to our specific needs, addressed them and integrated a solution that works with our current tracking and backend.
Pros: Easy implementation with clear results. We were able to clear up a number of sources that were sending us fraudulent traffic within weeks of going live. We also love how much time we save by not manually looking for bad traffic sources.
Cons: Honestly, I can not think of a single "con"
"Fraud Detection"
Overall: The goal was to detect all fraud and move around it. However, virtually all of our leads were fraud/spam of an attacker(s) blowing our ad spend and much of this was not detected because the software doesn't flag an actual user as fraudulent even if its a spam submission. For those who have less complex attacks, this would be a good option to get around maybe a single competitor attacking with simple methods.
Pros: The software did have a more robust data platform/reporting than competitors we attempted such as ClickCease. You could drill down to City, State, Keyword and similar to see what areas were being flagged as fraud according to their data points.
Cons: Unfortunately the software did not solve our issue as our fraud attacks were too advanced. We've since ceased all ad spend as there is really nothing that exists to detect all fraud to detour around it, which is all you can really do.
"Chief Executive Officer "
Overall: Anura has streamlined our processes and boosted our productivity by identifying fraudulent traffic. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable software solution.
Pros: The product itself and customer service.
Cons: A little pricey and some reporting could be clearer.
"Anura Review"
Overall: I think now that we have the software implemented correctly as of about 3 weeks ago, we will better be able to asses in another month or so.
Pros: The transition seemed pretty easy when we moved from Foreniq to Anura. Anuras support team is very responsive and helpful
Cons: Initially the integration of the software was wrong due to the proprietary system we have, so the scores were very off from other clients that used the software as well.
"Anura's clickfraud detection saves us massive amount of time and money..."
Overall: As being an affiliate network that uses unique pay-per-click model having a reliable solution for detecting fake traffic and fake clicks is very crucial for us. We found out about Anura from our business partner and once we tried it we never looked back. We can finally relax and not get stressed anymore when it comes to fake traffic as we know we have a reliable tool at our disposal.
Pros: We loved how easy it is to use it, also Anura's support is top notch and you are never put on hold...These guys solved whatever issues we had on certain occasions in very quick manner. They are promising 99% of detection rate, and from everything we saw so far, these guys know their stuff and can live up to that promise.
Cons: Reporting on certain parameters could be little more detailed.
"Anura as an advertiser"
Overall: Anura helps idenify leads as bad, another layer which we would can use to help combating fraudulent activity. I appreciate the speed and support. If they can address the issue with more specific details on why a particular source has been flagged bad, that would be more helpful.
Pros: It's very easy to navigate and get measurements for. I like how fast it is and how I can quickly get data.
Cons: I wish I could see the actual call chains for leads flagged warning or bad so I can get more details on the source. TheMediaTrust provides a call chain with all referral URLs and identifies what they flagged as bad. I would also like to see more transparency on why Anura flags something as bad and what is potentially happening as when I pass this information on to publisher partners, they don't seem to be receptive of Anura logs as proof of fraudulent activity. If I could provide them URLs and explain why this lead or that lead is fraudulent it would be more helpful.
"Anura Forever"
Overall: The entire setup process was seamless and the support was exceptional
Pros: The dashboard is easy to understand and straight to the point. I am not lost in other meaningless data points.
Cons: I was a little confused when viewing stats from the API vs javascript but this was explained and easy to find.
"Combat Fraud With Anura"
Overall: Our overall experience has been great. Anura has made our job easier and helped us get protected from fraudulent clicks and leads. We have been saving money by blocking fraudulent traffic.
Pros: It has helped us greatly, we are able to use this daily to weed out the fraudulent leads and clicks. What I like most is how easy it was to implement and use on our end. We have been protected from fraud ever since we have been using Anura.
Cons: Everything we have needed has worked very well for us. Nothing to dislike.
"The MacDaddy of Fraud Intervention"
Overall: Anura is the MacDaddy of fraud mitigation. It is much more than a passive filter. For the first time, I feel like we are approaching 'active defense' and that feels good. On the business side, we've prevented enough fraud in three months to pay the annual cost of our service. That isn't fuzzy money, it is actual PPC dollars I did not spend while revenue stayed flat. Currently that saved money goes to our bottom line, but soon we will learn to use the power of Anura to allocate marketing dollars where they will increase revenue. It is a Win/Win/Win that keeps on winning.
Pros: Everything is included. No hidden fees, no addons, no excuses. Easily set up with no fuss. Became effective within 7 days Paid for itself in hard dollars we did not spend within 90 days
Cons: I least like that this service isn't ubiquitous on the Internet.
"A must if you generate online traffic or spend on digital advertising!"
Pros: This software helps us identify ad fraud which is big in the online industry. Saves us a lot of headache to block online traffic from getting to our clients
Cons: There is a lack of transparency and automated reporting on the software. We'd like more access to a report where every click/lead will have reporting available to show why something is fraud
"Anura is an outstanding fraud monitoring service"
Pros: Anura is an easy to use and self-explanatory software. The software has a simple scoring method that tells you whether that traffic source is good or flagged as potential fraud.
Cons: Since Anura has a simple scoring method in determining the traffic quality it lacks in giving me a detailed reason as to why to generated that score. I would usually have to reach out to our rep for a better reason as to why the source was flagged.
"Business Saver and Bot Killer! "
Pros: Anura literally saved our business. We were getting swarmed with untold amounts of bot traffic to our call/sales funnel, but with the installation of a snippet of Anura code and some tech wizadry (all of which they walked me through)... problem solved and business saved! Biz-saving, stress reducing, and worth every penny.
Cons: A little pricey, but great value for the money.
"Good software - looking for improved integrations with 3rd party platforms"
Overall: Overall our experience has been good - we appreciated the up front trial and continue to find way to utilize it.
Pros: We've found the script to be a useful and helpful tool in detecting bad actors trying to enter our surveys or join our panels.
Cons: We would find it even more beneficial if the integrations with platforms like Cake allowed more accurate, real-time click analysis.
"Excellent Traffic Quality Control tool"
Overall: Anura has been nothing but helpful and makes us look like wizards when discussing lead quality with other marketing partners. They're like "how did you know that traffic was bad?"
Pros: Excellent reporting dashboard, with great segmenting options and easy-to-use interface.
Cons: Reporting UI is great, but it could be better. I can't think of anything else.
