Die Einrichtung ist wenig intuitiv, aber durchaus machbar. Das gesamte Tool ist sehr gut vorab testbar und macht letztendlich einen sehr guten Job für vergleichsweise überschaubare Kosten. Sehr guter Service, auf Fragen wurde prompt reagiert.

Pros

Einfach, problemlos und kostengünstig einsetzbar. Vorab mit vollem Funktionsumfang gut testbar. Ticketprüfungs-App funktioniert perfekt.

Cons

Die Einrichtung ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, da wenig intuitiv. Leider kann bei den e-mails nicht unterschieden werden ob eine reine Bestellung oder schon ein Ticket versandt wurde.

Die einfache Bedienung und die Statistik, sowie der Support und die Zahlungsmöglichkeiten und dass ich von überall ins System einsteigen kann.

Super einfache sind stabiles System. Wir nutzen es seit 2 Jahren für den Kartenverkauf unserer Heimatbühne. Besonders praktisch, dass wir auch die Website darüber machen können. Selbst für relative Laien simpel und bei Nachfragen kommt immer eine schnelle Antwort. Dazu ein absolut faires Preissystem.

Cons

Nichts. Für unsere Bedürfnisse ist das Ticketsystem ideal. Gerade wenn man nur wenige Veranstaltungen im Jahr hat, ist Tickethome eine gute Lösung.

Ausgezeichnetes Gesamtpaket! Rundum empfehlenswert. Die Erstellung des Saalplans und die Anbindung der Zahlungsanbieter waren durchweg einfach und intuitiv. Besonders das persönliche Einschulungsgespräch hat den Start deutlich vereinfacht und für einen reibungslosen Ablauf gesorgt.

Das System ist recht einfach zu bedienen und es ist immer ein Mitarbeiter persönlich erreichbar der weiterhilft. Die Preisstruktur ist sehr transparent, was schon sehr selten geworden ist. Ich werde das System auf jeden Fall weiterhin verwenden.

Die Betreuung und rasche Unterstützung ist einfach super! Der persönliche, kostenlose Einführung war gut verständlich und hat es mir auf Anhieb leicht gemacht meine erste Veranstaltung zu erstellen.

Cons

Ich bin rundum zufrieden. Sogar mein Wunsch die Print@Home Tickets komplett zu individualisieren wurde zeitnah umgesetzt. Unsere Besucher waren begeistert!

wir haben Tickethome nun seit fast einem Jahr im Einsatz und sind voll und ganz zufrieden - Einfaches, schnelles System, direkter Kontakt zu Entwickler, toller Support

Teilweise etwas altbackenes Interface, vor allem auf grossen Monitoren nicht gut skalierte Listenansichten im Backend... das kann man aber alles verkraften, weil das Positive definitiv überwiegt!

Wir arbeiten beim TEV Miesbach (Eishockey-Bayernliga) und beim TSV Weyarn mit Tickethome. Es gibt keinerlei Downtime und ist absolut bezahlbar.

Pros

Super Service, schnelle Reaktion bei Rückfragen und preislich echt top. Das System kann problemlos auf die individuellen Ansprüche angepasst werden und ist nahezu selbsterklärend.

Cons

Eigentlich nichts 😅 Man braucht im Backend ein paar Versuche um sich zurechtzufinden, letztlich aber kein Problem für technisch halbwegs bewanderte User.

Ich habe zuerst nicht glauben können, dass es so viel günstiger ist und trotzdem die gleichen Vorteile bietet. Aber ausprobiert und für gut befunden.

Pros

Wir haben schon ein paar Veranstaltungen mit Tickethome abgewickelt und vom Saalplandesign bis zur Umsetzung am Veranstaltungstag hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Es ist einfach unkompliziert.

Cons

Schwierig zu sagen, ich habe schon mit anderen Anbietern gearbeitet und ich würde jetzt keine Nachteile sehen, die bei anderen nicht noch schwerwiegender sind.

Wir haben bereits mehrere Events über Tickethome abgehandelt und sind von allen Bereichen begeistert. Frontend, Backend, Userbility!

Pros

Tickethome hat eine sehr native Oberfläche und kann ohne viel Grundwissen über Ticketsysteme verwendet werden. Sollte man trotzdem auf ein Hindernis stoßen hilft der Support innerhalb kürzester Zeit. Generell kann man über den Support nur gute Dinge sagen. Es war sogar ohne Probleme möglich für unsere Bedürfnisse den Code des Programmes anzupassen.

Cons

Das Backend war zu beginn etwas gewöhnungbedürftig jedoch wurden Stolpersteine durch den Support immer sofort aus dem Weg geräumt! Daumen hoch!
