I am now moving all of my SOPs to Flowster from my CRM that has very limited functionality. I use it so much I am using it to create personal processes. Cons The only thing I think they need to revise is the screen capture. I know they are just working on this now but it needs to integrate into the template building in a better way. I am now able to fill the need with Flowster. It does it flawlessly and they partner with other business owners that create SOP's as well so you're left with an empty canvas. Cons What I liked least has nothing to do with the software. It's the fact that I need to hire someone to create my SOP's for me! The team and product are amazing. Any time I've ever needed support, they are very fast to reply and are super helpful. Pros Flowster makes it super simple to organize and create standard operating procedures. This makes it virtually impossible for your employees to skip steps while working on specific processes because they just need to follow the step-by-step instructions (with checkpoints along the way). It has made my team work much more efficiently Cons Overall, I think the product is great but there is still some room for small improvements. I'd love to see the option to have see certain fields auto-populate based on previously completed fields within a workflow.
