### "We love Klara"

The office loves Klara. Everything has been great and if there is ever tech problems we get a fast solution.

Pros

I love how Klara is HIPPA compliant. No need to worry about noncompliance. They also have made our text to pay system seamless. It is so simple and makes like easier.

Cons

The only criticism is that some patients complain that Klara is not user friendly. I personally believe it is user error as I do not come across these issues.
