### "At last! A very complete and stable phone service!"

I was looking for a new VoIP service that was stable enough to be used for my daily business needs. Especially a VoIP provider that was fully supporting standard mobiles apps to make and receive phone calls and SMS. VoIP.ms was the perfect solution once configured!

Pros

The stability of VoIP.ms's servers is perfect and I don't have any audio problem unlike many of their competitors. I love their Wiki that allows me to configure the various supported apps, by myself.

Cons

The web interface can get confusing when starting with VoIP.ms. There are a lot of options that need o be configured but once it's done, we rarely need to use that web interface so not that big of a problem.

Cons

for us, it would be helpful to have more than me alone being able to access the service online, multiple users!

That it works reliably and is super affordable.

the UI's are a bit out of date, the SMS gateway page could use some work to be a bit easier to see what messages are new.

I have worked with VoIP.ms for many years and it is enriched with new functionality without stopping. For me, it is the ideal solution for the home or for SMEs. They are ahead of the competition on many levels, the prices are excellent, I am completely satisfied.

Pros

SMS integration, SIP URI, call forward, IVR, all importants features are there good price, easy to configure in most cases, quick and good support team

Cons

Somes template can be usefull (call encryption for exemple) Have a dedicated or certified softphone to be sure that all portolio will work fine

Pros

Pricing is the best in the market, very easy to set up and use. Support is eager to help you and get your working. Very good experience.

Cons

There are some Features that FreePBX and 3CX like Products offer, that VoipMS lacks however you can setup VoipMS as trunk provider and use the other software for their features, the benefit of the VoipMS pricing and reliability is unbeatable.

Great support, awesome service. New features on a regular basis, all of this at an industry unbeatable price will keep me around for a very long time.

Pros

The breath of available features that keep on growing and growing on a regular basis is what makes this service amazing. Been using this for many years and the stability of the service is absolutely perfect with virtually zero downtime

Cons

Wish there were more robust enterprise resiliency such as a single VOIP server per city instead of multiple ones with different hostnames.

been a long time client and have never had an issue. they are good about warnings when there is any issues on their end (super rare) or upgrades

Pros

Use to be a client of didlogic but they switched to large clients only, so found voip.ms and was super happy. The pricing and number available was good plus way way more features available that voip.ms could handle which made setup and maintenance of our voip infrastructure much simpler

Cons

Some dids that other venders have are not available

Allows me to run a virtual office and look like a large established company. I can have people all over the world running my "office" and route calls wherever I need. VOIP.MS is an ESSENTIAL part of my business. I would NOT want to be without them. Period.

Pros

1) Tons of features - some I'd never even heard of before 2) Ease of Use - A little bit of a learning curve, but after that off to the races 3) Great Support - Fast and Efficient. Have helped me a number of times 4) Always adding new features & send updates on outages and issues etc 5) Seriously low price - I have looked and looked... and no one is cheaper (why do I even bother looking?!) 6) Best of all? It just WORKS.

Cons

Learning curve was a tad steep at first. But really hard to knock points for this... It is what it is really.

Pros

So flexible with so many features, it allows us to customize our front end almost perfectly. Now, with added number availability, I've been able to bring all of our numbers in-house.

Cons

The occasional lag on voice calls but that seems to not be as bad any more.

I'm saving a lot of money and getting more use out of my phone systems.

Pros

The list of features is endless. I love having my voicemail sent to email. I also have two different numbers ring simultaneously in two locations so callers can find me wherever I am.

Cons

With great flexibility comes complexity. I can't think of how voip.ms can make it easier to use, because you need to understand how it works to use it well.

I switch from another provider. I ported our numbers in and began to use the services of VOIP.MS. Fewer calls dropped, less busy signals on incoming calls.

Pros

VOIP.MS is easy to deploy and easy to use. You can use it standalone or with your VOIP powered PBX system.

Cons

Being charged in USD when I am Canadian and the company is Canadian. I understand why this happens, but it still is upsetting to pay more for the service due to dollar difference.

Started using them quite a few years ago for over flow SIP lines. The setup was easy and since then I have been using them with all my clients PBX systems. Also its nice to offer toll free numbers .

Pros

Its very nice to use and the pricing is nice since they use usage pricing. They have recently expanded to have more local numbers and free porting.

Cons

I wish they offered flat rates for local calls for business local DID's. Having a usage billing at times is not very good.

Wish they would improve the PBX funcations, Dial by name is imperative .

Huge cost savings in phone, plus very little technical support requirements. Works great.

Pros

Great value for the money, super easy to configure and setup. I have some sites configured using a PBX, and others directly configured to a single phone. Always works great.

Cons

Earlier on I had some phantom registration issues, but I worked with support and got the right configuration set in our PBX.

VoIP.ms quickly rose to the top as my first selection of VoIP providers. All of the others that I have used have been banished to the wayside. My first experience was porting my number from an international provider, and it was absolutely seamless.

Pros

Excellent feature set that goes above and beyond many other providers. Support has always been helpful. Very stable and consistent voice quality.

Cons

I can't say there are any cons. They keep adding new features as the industry develops.

Pros

We were looking for a new telecommunications provider as our rates with our previous vendor were starting to skyrocket. VoIP.ms to the rescue! Setup of our account was painless, and service has been excellent since. Glad we switched! Porting our phone numbers was done in a timely manner, no problems.

Cons

There have been service outages that have lasted 2+ hours, but they are very few and far between. No service is 100% perfect, but VoIP.ms definitely comes close.

Their support is way above the industry standard, they are very transparent when there is an outage. Do not expect real time telephone support.

Pros

A few years back we caught a porting promo and moved 150 downtown DID's which the previous admins had forwarded to new midtown numbers at a cost of over 3k/mo down to 130/mo plus usage.

Cons

They provide end user support but enterprise support is diy.

Normally 35$+ per extension, did fees, etc. Voip.ms is only limited by your imagination.

This is the best VIOP service I've ever used. I know its designed for much larger companies, but for a one person shop its perfect. Its a low per minute cost and has all the features you would ever need.

Pros

The ability to make and receive business calls on my cell phone with Bria. And it is by far the lowest cost VOIP service available.

Cons

Setup was a little complicated, but I figured it out.
