Since using Big Mouth Survey we were able to find out that most of our customers did not want to complain/or bring up any issues during their moving experience. By providing an anonymous survey to our customers, we were able to find out quickly that most of our customer issues on the job were created by only 2 employees and we were able to remediate the problem swiftly. Pros What I love the most about this survey platform is that dashboard is easy to read and provides all the necessary information for our organization in real-time. Also, their customer support is so helpful, friendly and responds quickly ! Cons The only thing that can be a little time consuming, because I am not familiar with the process, is creating workflows.
