Ha al suo interno tantissimi documenti utili per la progettazione BIM, come ad esempio tantissima normativa di settore e molti modelli già preinseriti e ben fatti sia 3D che 2D, sia in formato IFC che dwg. Consente la condivisione di documenti con altri professionisti e la creazione di meeting online. Presenta tantissimi elementi utili specificatamente per il superbonus a cui è dedicata una cartella a parte con tutta la normativa e gli interpelli aggiornati.in generale è più utile a chi usa programmi ACCA ma presenta pure modelli preimpostati in Revit. Inoltre al suo interno sono presenti tanti documenti utili a tutti nella fase di progettazione. Cons Il software non è molto utilizzato dagli altri professionisti, dunque tanti dei vantaggi che di per se ha non si possono espletare al massimo in quanto si tratta appunto di una piattaforma di collaborazione. La barriera all'entrata è data dal fatto che l'utilizzo non è perfettamente intuitivo e ci vuole una certa dimestichezza con le piattaforme di collaborazione. Purtroppo questa è una problematica che hanno tutti i software professionali di alto livello poiché in Italia la resistenza alla tecnologia ed all'innovazione è ancora molto alta da parte dei professionisti più esperti. Inoltre l'utilizzo della piattaforma è strettamente legato all'uso di internet e non ha senso utilizzarla offline. Non è adatta a chi lavora principalmente in 2D e non lavora con programmi BIM. It is great to have free online storage and possibility to open various CAD files online. Cons There are lack of some features, but it is developing pretty fast and lots of features gets included.
