It’s great that we can use the no-code Flow Builder to make our own IVR menus, even without technical knowledge. ### "Lacking in Both Customer and Sales Support"

It all started with a Facebook advertisement. I should have known better. The advertisement just kept popping up. Finally, I relented, and scheduled a meeting with \[sensitive content hidden\], whose name ironically means much in German but from whom I got little. There was initially some confusion, 100% my fault, on time zones etc getting the meeting right. Finally had the meeting, and the solution looked literally perfect. From what \[sensitive content hidden\] said the product sounded great. She then informed me she had to get our agreement approved by the commercial team. Finally, I got the proposal and as it turns out, the features I was most excited about were no longer offered by Voiso.

Pros

On its Voiso looks exactly like the solution you need. Everything seems like its just there. Their sales reps are great at telling you exactly what you want to hear.

Cons

Voiso has an overly cumbersome sales process. For people that know what they want there is no way to just sign up and start. They require you to speak to a salesperson that you are required to book the call with. The sales person is likely to have very limited product knowledge and a limited ability to move things forward. Upon completion of the sales presentation the salesperson then informs you that they will need to now propose this to the commercial team. Two, or so, days later the sales person will send you a cookie cutter proposal.

### "A Reliable Operational Platform for Complex International Travel coordination"

Customers were regularly transferred two or three times before reaching the right person and each transfer was an experience-destroying moment. Our first call resolution rate was 54%. After rebuilding our routing logic in Voiso, FCR went up to 83%. The routing engine is now our single biggest driver of customer satisfaction improvement and we didn't add a single agent to achieve it.

Pros

The IVR's skills-based routing is responsible for truly complex logic. We route based on language preference, customer tier, previous agent relationship, issue category and time of day simultaneously. It works flawlessly at scale.

Cons

Documenting complex routing logic isn't natively supported in the platform. We keep external documentation because the visual flow alone is hard for new admins to fully interpret with so many variables.

Under real-time monitoring, I will offer just-in-time coaching on live calls and correct a mistake in real time and not during the review session the following week. Agents are currently productive within 6 weeks. Our team has been able to expand 50 percent quicker than anticipated, and this has been directly linked to the growth of revenue.

Pros

Whisper and barge-in capabilities of real-time monitoring have transformed our training program. I will be able to coach agents not only in role-play situations but also in real calls.

Cons

The monitoring interface would be able to show more agents at a time on one screen. All other aspects are good to use and hassle free.

### "Visual IVR in Voiso Helped Us"

Our previous IVR was misdirecting about 18% of the calls to the wrong department. Nobody had noticed because there was no easy way to audit it. Rebuilding it visually in Voiso made the errors immediately apparent. Fixing those routing mistakes reduced our transfer rate from 22% to 6% and those customers were significantly happier for not being bounced around.

Pros

The IVR setup is refreshingly visual. Seeing the whole customer decision tree spread out in front of you makes obvious logical errors that config files never could. We caught three routing mistakes during setup that the old system had quietly had for months.

Cons

Undo functionality within the Flow Builder could be stronger. A multi-step undo history would make the anxiety of making experimental changes less.

I honestly couldn't be happier with the platform. I've used a couple of other bigger contact center solutions before and Voiso really does stand out because of how easy it is to use and the number of features on offer. Our agents are happy, I'm certainly happy, and I would definitely say it's had a big impact on making our customers happy too!

Pros

We needed a tool that could help us manage the full scope of our contact center, that was quick to implement, and easy for all of our agents to use. Voiso checked all of those boxes and, since then, it's only continued to impress us with its features and continual new updates. The support we receive is also very quick and attentive.

Cons

Nothing really springs to mind in terms of negatives. I wasn't involved in the procurement but, from what I understand, it's not the absolute cheapest solution out there. Middle of the road in terms of pricing but its users get a tonne of value for money.

Voiso is easy to set up if you use Salesforce because of the pre-built integration. The voice quality is great. Dashboards are easy to create and manage and are really helpful for call center admins.

Voiso offers very good basic functionality, however it may lack some of the advanced features that you may want if you are looking to manage a large call center

Pros

Its integration with other apps we use as well as the convenience of using the dashboard.

Cons

in terms of the app, I totally like it but the policy on payment which is immediately due upon receiving the bill is quite non advisable. If possible technical problem encounter on the payment from our bank side, operations been stopped for the meantime as we cant able to dial or use the voiso. Huge impact on our revenue if that's the case as we only rely on voiso as our dialer.

### "Easy to use for Call Center"

Overall quite satisfied. Most importantly with the speed of customer support team (\[sensitive content hidden\] particularly)

Pros

Very fast and friendly customer support and easy to use platform

Cons

There are several important features missing which are in the pipeline (searching WhatsApp messages, seeing past conversations with contacts, receiving SMS back from customers, etc.)

Reason for choosing Voiso

Because Voiso allowed much easier analytics set up with more services than Twilio

Switched from

Voiso had much better analytics capabilities
