Pros
When someone is applying, I love that I am notified. I also love the the document retrieval process and that my buyers like knowing that their documents are safe.
Clean presentation and ease of use. Each step is been planned out and thoughtfully presented to make it user friendly to BOTH mortgage professionals and borrowers.
I'm loving the new POS system. The revised app and secure portal for docs is awesome.
Cons
After countless times of being told I was going to get a phone call and consistently got ignored. At this point I feel like I was lied to and ignored once my money has was taken.
I missed a few leads because I didn't take the time to watch any setup videos or tutorials.
One area that we are trying to work on is some fields in the POS app are missing when it comes to required fields to run AUS findings. I have to make adjustments to the loan app in my LOS.

Pros: I love the price and support. Linking directly into my BLINK software allows me to use this as my sole platform for my boutique mortgage service.
Cons: I've been using this since I opened the doors in January, and the few issues I've had were easy to address and taken care of with a minimum of downtime.
"They will not call you back"
Overall: At first I loved the layout, the issue I had with them is that they stated they would sync with my CRM. After I signed up and paid $2000+ for everything they said they couldn't but will have their software team do it for me because I was told they were able to. After countless times of being told I was going to get a phone call and consistently got ignored. At this point I feel like I was lied to and ignored once my money has was taken.
Pros: It's very user friendly and they offer an app service.
Cons: It's not very advanced in organization when many loans go in.

Overall: It is easy on the pocket especially when you are a small Brokerage.
Pros: I like its simplicity especially with the new URLA
Cons: I have only been using this for a couple of months but there are little things I'd like to see added and/or changed. I'd like a Current and proposed (side-by-side) to compare new loan information. To be able to move the Chat buttons and windows around your screen as needed. The credit section does not show all liabilities on the report. We use the lenders mainly with the AUS but would love for Loanzify to be able to auto-calculate DTI when credit is pulled not just by manually setting the DTI limits.

Overall: We are still setting it up, so i do not have a lot of experience with your software as of now. Next week will be a big week for us.

Cons: Setup is not fun regardless of what software you use. I'm hoping [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] gets us up and running next week and we can roll out your software to my whole company. Once again, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is awesome!!
