Linking directly into my BLINK software allows me to use this as my sole platform for my boutique mortgage service. Cons I've been using this since I opened the doors in January, and the few issues I've had were easy to address and taken care of with a minimum of downtime. Reason for choosing Loanzify Above Switched from [Calyx Point](https://www.capterra.com/p/73554/Calyx-Point/) Calyx was always better than the other available platforms, but their customer service was difficult to obtain, and their prices just kept climbing once they had you committed to their product. In addition, when I reorganized my operation after 15 years, they lost all of my client data and really didn't try very hard to recover it. All they did was tell me repeatedly how they understood my frustration. I'll never use Calyx again! Review Source Francis A. After I signed up and paid $2000+ for everything they said they couldn't but will have their software team do it for me because I was told they were able to. After countless times of being told I was going to get a phone call and consistently got ignored. At this point I feel like I was lied to and ignored once my money has was taken. Pros It's very user friendly and they offer an app service. Cons It's not very advanced in organization when many loans go in. Pros I like its simplicity especially with the new URLA Cons I have only been using this for a couple of months but there are little things I'd like to see added and/or changed. I'd like a Current and proposed (side-by-side) to compare new loan information. To be able to move the Chat buttons and windows around your screen as needed. The credit section does not show all liabilities on the report. We use the lenders mainly with the AUS but would love for Loanzify to be able to auto-calculate DTI when credit is pulled not just by manually setting the DTI limits. Switched from [Calyx Point](https://www.capterra.com/p/73554/Calyx-Point/) Point kept raising price and we were paying for way more than we used and their customer service was very difficult to deal with. Each step is been planned out and thoughtfully presented to make it user friendly to BOTH mortgage professionals and borrowers. The revised app and secure portal for docs is awesome Cons My biggest issue is on the home page it clearly states " Tell us what your goal is" Purchase or Refinance.. But depending on whichever one you click it take you to a lead sheet where most people are looking to do the actual application and then I have to tell them to go back and go to apply now, there needs to be an option whenever you click on purchase or refinance to do the full application or just give contact info.. EVERY ONE of them chose 10. What I personally like about the system is the triggers assist in what documentation needs to be uploaded to their secure portal. You can also have alerts sent out to remind them if they don't move on uploading documentation in a timely manner....Highly advisable to purchase this system so you can take some time off! I rarely take applications over the phone any longer due to the ease of use for the client's application and 9 and of 10 would rather do it online. Cons none yet. Only been using for 2 months.
