Pros

Berrycast sometimes makes doing screen recordings easier to make and share than other solutions.... sometimes

Cons

Berrycast fails to upload videos a lot and doesn't have good recovery options. I've never had it upload a video after it fails.

J'ai eu Berrycast à leurs débuts, avec un lifetime Appsumo. Une année après ils ont changé les termes et facturation de tous leurs clients (y compris les lifetime). Sans justifier, sans prévenir, sans rien, et sans même répondre aux plaintes et tickets reçus). Ils ne répondent toujours pas aux tickets d'assistance aujourd'hui. Je songe basculer sur Loom ou équivalent.

Facilité de partager des vidéos enregistrées à d'autres personnes Facilité de filmer son écran et ajouter caméra + audio de navigateur

Cons

Service client inexistant, ne répond pas aux tickets Changement de tarification sans prévenir personne, ni offrir d'assistance Grandes possibilités de perdre ses vidéos sur la version extension navigateur UX de l'application peu élaboré Aucune option pour gérer une équipe avec diverses permissions Système de "Spaces" ambiguë App pas traduite (juste EN)

Das Tool ist für mich eine unheimliche Erleichterung, wenn ich Content für YouTube erstelle oder eben für meine Online-Kurse. Daher kann ich das nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Pros

1\. Du hast verschiedene Möglichkeiten Berrycast einzubinden, entweder als Software auf dem Rechner oder als Chrome-Plug-in. Ich selbst nutze die Version für den PC. 2. In Sekunden kannst du deinen Bildschirm abfilmen und dabei zwischen mit und ohne Kamera wählen. 3. Wenn du für jemanden Support machst, musst du nicht erst das Video hochladen, sondern generierst dir einen Link von dem Video und kannst es direkt an die gewünschte Person weiterleiten. So kann rasant Videosupport angeboten werden, für bestimmte Probleme beim Kunden oder Freunden. 4. Du kannst die gedrehten Videos in Ordner verschieben. D. h. z. B. du drehst einen Videokurs zu einem bestimmten Thema ab und kannst alle Videos an einem bestimmten Ort sammeln. Somit gehen diese in der Übersicht der anderen Videos nicht verloren, die man mal eben auf die Schnelle gedreht hat.

Cons

Es kommt nur selten vor, aber gelegentlich gibt es mal Probleme, dass die Videos überhaupt nicht gespeichert werden oder nur schwer zu erkennen ist, hat, er jetzt wirklich das Video hochgeladen oder muss ich es unter Umständen noch mal drehen.

How they run and manage the application. It is buggy and they change the deal all the time. It is just not worth the monthly cost, FAR too overpriced in the market compared to others.

It's a great tool to do a screen recording and share with others. I've also used it to create pieces to put into other video footage.

Pros

I like how easy and quick it is to start a recording and how you can easily share it straight away.

Cons

I'd like it if the controls to start and stop the recording could completely go away once you hit record. You either have to have it in the recording, or select an area and make sure it is out of the way.

It did everything I need it to. It made things easy and no hassles. From the recording to the sharing. It's a great all round product that fits what I need to do.

I use this so much, I'm amazed at how many videos I have done with berrycast, its just so easy to use.

Pros

I just like the ease of use, to use it its to the side of my screen , I put the mouse over it, it pops out and i hit record, that simple. Also how easy it is to download copy and share the finished video, and also be able to password protect.

for me I don't really have a con, because it works for everything I need it for

Somewhat useful chrome extension that is uncommon with other screen recording apps.

Cons

NO INTERNAL AUDIO RECORDING on mac devices. Can only record audio through built-in or plugged mic. Not ideal for creating any sort of serious tutorials, reviews, or uploads.

Berrycast gives so many possibilities: Desktop app, in browser app, and and extension, so you have more than one possibility of use.

I use Berrycast to communicate with clients and contractors topics that would be hard to explain by text only. I use it as a quick and easy way to screen share and record audio to explain something. It's super simple to do.

Pros

It's quick and easy to launch and use on a PC. It makes sharing screen recordings simple and quick. Because of this I use it often to demonstrate something that would not be explained well in an text email.

Cons

Because I use this for simple screen recordings, I can't think of any feature at the moment that is lacking. They have added additional features since I've used the product, and they've polled users as to which ones are most important to us. If you are looking for a full-fledged video editor, this probably won't be what you are looking for.

I love how user-friendly the interface is. I made my first video within 5 minutes of downloading the app, and I understood all of the necessary tools. The app was that well-created. I love that you have a live feed of yourself if you choose for your videos. My professor in my Master's program spoke very highly of Berrycast, and now I know why.

Pros

Being able to brand the product is awesome and helps to keep brand consistency across the many products/platforms that we use. Allowing clients to comment on the video is great and allows us to give clarity to our clients very quickly with zero risk of miscommunication.

Cons

No branding on password entry splash screen. The macOS can at times feel a little clunky but it is functional. I hate that we cannot remove the Berrycast toolbar during recordings or afterwards. It really does limit our use case.

Very easy to use, auto upload is nice, attaching and sending to someone is pretty cool

Everything goes to c: for temporary storage, no option to change temporary folder

So far so great!

Pros

It's super easy to set up and get started right away. Amazing too with a nice user interface, but don't be fooled by the simplicity this is a powerful piece of software for recording screen shares and to create and share videos. As both a freelance project manager and trainer I am able to use the software to share instructions with clients, other contractors and potential leads as well as create content for social media.

Cons

Nothing, this gives me everything I need for this tool.

We love Berrycast. It is blazingly fast, has a small learning curve and makes us significantly more productive.

Pros

Berrycast is one of the productivity secrets at Finc3. We heavily use it to teach colleagues about new processes, share ideas and even do asynchronous meetings internally and with clients. The tool is perfectly lightweight and encodes video blazingly fast compared to other screen recorders. We love that it integrates well with asana, rendering rich video previews into asana tasks, so it is easy to give people more context.

Cons

There are only minor improvements. User management should be improved for business accounts to more easily, i.e. reset the passwords of users or ensure 2factor authentication. and then there are minor pet peeves like the password entry page not being branded (yet)

I need it every day to make life easier. I can also brand it as my business and store the videos in the cloud. No recording, uploading and sharing. Just hit record, then share right away all from the app.

Pros

Just hit record and send a team member a video to show them something. Explain something to a client. Record a piece of educational material. Anything. I love berrycast.

Cons

I haven't found anything yet. Seriously, I love this tool.

Pros

Berrycast is fantastic for quick screen capturing, editing and adding voice over as well.

Cons

Berrycast is filled with bugs to start with - if you use video+screen record you will notice a great deal of lag. Many times, cloud saving does not work.

BerryCast makes my videos readily accessible via it's desktop application. The user interface and experience is excellent. My team and I have found Berrycast to be incredibly reliable, simple to use, and exceeds our expectations. On top of all that, they provide wonderful customer support!

Pros

My favorite part of Berrycast is how easy it is to use and how we can be recording in 5 seconds. Plus, I love being able to record my screen and share the video with colleagues and clients with a click. With BerryCast, I do not need to worry about running out of recording time or if my computer will run out of space because it saves online.

Cons

Although they have less features than the competition, they are faster and less buggy because of it.
