Amaka's Customer Service is superb. Sensitive content hidden] was super lovely and was able to rectify my issue quickly and efficiently and saved me HEAPS of time trying to solve it myself.
For my most recent experience, I worked with [sensitive content hidden] who is great to work with as she is very responsive, helpful, and understands the systems very well.
The turnaround time from the moment of submitting the form and the integration being activated is great. The support response time and efficiency are amazing.
The customer support is amazing. The support person have clearly outlined the issues that was rasied, and was able to solve it within matter of minutes.
Cons
Missing records: after integration, some of my transactions were missing.
Lack of choice with how to customise the fee processing or the account codes that they were mapped against.
There were a few errors with syncs but all sorted once discussed with Customer service.
I may have difficulties in the future when I make changes in Xero and then require these changes to be reflected in Square for future transactions.

Pros: The customer services is the absolute best, [sensitive content hidden] has been super helpful, kind and supportive. The service goes above and beyond and I’m not left to feel silly bit understanding something. Seriously the best customer service I’ve ever experienced.
Cons: No cons as far as I’m concerned! Happy with everything.
