The turnaround time from the moment of submitting the form and the integration being activated is great. The support response time and efficiency are amazing - I truly appreciate knowing that when I email support - I normally get \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\], I know the issue will soon be resolved with empathy as well as in a timely manner.

I had an issue where someone had started to map the integration but must not have had the expertise anyway I had to finish it and I was stumped on an area and couldnt find the solution. When I emailed support they responded within hours and I was able to fix the error with the help of their well diagrammed response.

Their response time when replying to a support request.

Cons

I did not have any issues with Amaka..

Great overall experience with exceptional customer support. Does not eliminate all the manual processing, but definitely a huge help.

Pros

Easy to use once all the correct mappings are in place. Great software that helps lessen manual data processing time.

Cons

Does not have the capacity yet to intergrate "Job Codes" from MYOB as yet.Can only fully reconcile Shopify Payouts, does not have the capacity to reconcile payments from other sources as yet, i.e. PayPal Express and AfterPay.

Reason for choosing Amaka

When doing the research, this product stood out as the best able to do what we needed to do without compromising our existing data and set up.

Amaka offers an exceptional customer service. We had a very specific situation where we needed to sync products with different tax codes and \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] made it look easy and helped me to set up the integration to my need.

Pros

Ability to sync my transactions automatically without my intervention. Ability to allocate products with different tax codes in the appropriate account in Xero.

Cons

I love everything about the software. There is nothing I could list as cons.

The whole experience has been really positive. The software is very well designed and intuitive though its dealing with some very complicated accounting concepts. Onboarding and support has been great, especially the support from specialists over Zoom.

The customer support is amazing! The support person have clearly outlined the issues that was rasied, and was able to solve it within matter of minutes.

\[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] assisted me from beginning to end and she had a very good understanding regarding all my amendments. She was efficient and accurate and communicated well and often with me to ensure the integration was what I needed.

Pros

AMAKA easily integrated our point of sale system into our accounting software. After manually inputting our sales ourselves for 5 years it was time to find a way to reduce our admin. Integration has reduced our time spent from 1 to 2 hour per week to just 5-10 minutes. Over a year, many hours will be saved. It is also more accurate than when we processed manually.

There weren’t any items that I like least.
