Amazing integration! Highly recommend it.

Pros

Simple to set up and implement. The support team was super helpful when I had some questions. Cut downs on the time I need to spend on admin/bookkeeping work!

Cons

Been using about 6 months now and I can't see any cons!

Implementation was difficult and the Revel integration seems nascent - functionality is limited but they will be their best to offer other solutions for you.

Amaka's Customer Service is superb! \[sensitive content hidden\] was super lovely and was able to rectify my issue quickly and efficiently and saved me HEAPS of time trying to solve it myself!

Very impressed with the customer service. I have actually never had a representative spend that much time with me on a call to ensure everything was set up properly.

Reason for choosing Amaka

To my knowledge, I have not purchased Amaka. Can you please tell me if there is a cost involved in integrating Square to Xero?

I used Amaka when I understand it was what was used for the Square -Xero Integration, before my time in the company. I messed it up but the support I had has been fantastic: short time to have an answer, support and guidance. Also patience! All fixed in few days. I really appreciated it. It was really nice to receive an email from an actual person rather than having to go through an automated process. They were very fast too!

I felt some of the effects of the options in the integration were not completely clear and took some working out

Very easy to integrate with Square and start using Xero to manage my finances and produce end-of-year accounts. I especially like the 1:1 personal support to solve issues and get up and running.v

Takes some time to work out where everything is, but with the online support it is much easier.

Pros

I didn't understand how to integrate my Xero and Square accounts or what the benefits were. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] was very supportive and patient and walked be through the integration process step by step.

Cons

I may have difficulties in the future when I make changes in Xero and then require these changes to be reflected in Square for future transactions

Default mapping and accounting codes. For some account head, we were unable to map the the existing accounting heads. Had to create new ones

Pros

I use Amaka for their Square - Xero integration. It is really easy to setup and use, and saves time in data entry

Cons

I would Amaka to integrate inventory between Xero and Square, but considering it is free I cannot complain about this

Amaka came with Square so I don't know of any Cons.
