Customer support has been extremely poor. I have raised multiple support tickets, many of which have gone unanswered for weeks. When you rely on booking software to run your business, that level of support is simply unacceptable. The system itself is slow, clunky, and frustrating to use. More concerning is that faults within the booking system have, on several occasions, incorrectly charged my customers. This is highly unprofessional, damages customer confidence, and has ultimately cost my business money. Another major issue is data portability. The customer data held within the system is not compatible with other booking platforms, making it unnecessarily difficult to migrate to another provider. I have attempted to move away from Carica Pets and found the process to be far more difficult than it should be. Overall, I have spent far too much time battling with the software instead of running my business. Unless there are significant improvements to both the platform and the level of customer support, I cannot recommend Carica Pets. Pros the layout is customisable to an extent and is adequate but not great. the best thing about it is the cost it is very cheap.
