La mise en place des FAQ a été un gros chantier mais facilitée par l'offre Smart Tribune. Les stat qui découlent de l'utilisation permettent de rester très à jour de la satisfaction client.

Pros

Facilité d'intégration des données (fonctionnalités, rapidité). Lisibilité pour l'utilisateur final. Equipe très dynamique et très à l'écoute d'un point de vue Commercial et Accompagnement du projet. Complémentarité, Propositions complémentaires avec les différentes Smart.

Cons

Il serait appréciable de pouvoir copier des fiches, imprimer des fiches avec les images, donner un ordre de tri qui ne soit pas uniquement le niveau d'utilisation.

Disponibilité de l'équipe lors du déploiement Outil clé en main pour des FAQ simples Bonne intégration visuelle Back-office simple et intuitif

Cons

Paramétrage difficile pour les besoins les plus complexes (utilisation des tags, boutons de contact dynamique, plusieurs FAQ) Nécessité de faire appel au support pour modifier certains wording Impossibilité de personnaliser (CSS) certains blocs Certaines statistiques et données ne sont pas exploitables (verbatim) Paramétrage pour SEO laborieux Certaines fonctionnalités basiques manquent (impossibilité de chercher dans une réponse dans le back-office, classement des FAQ pas intuitif)

Je suis très satisfaite de l'outil FAQ Dynamique et de la collaboration avec Smart Tribune. Écoute, disponibilité, réactivité et orientation satisfaction client. L'outil est simple à mette en œuvre et ensuite à utiliser. Il améliore significativement l'expérience utilisateur des internautes sur le site Internet et en interne, il est un outil de Knowledge Management et de montée en compétence avec la constitution et rédaction de la base de connaissances.

Simplicité d'utilisation pour les clients : clients internes métiers et utilisateurs finaux : internautes.

Cons

Plus de fonctionnalités sur le modules statistiques : s'inspirer des fonctionnalités Google Adword

Excellente expérience : la gestion de projet est extrêmement bien mené, nous avons été accompagné de A à Z par le customer manager.

Pros

La facilité d'implémentation sur notre site / Le rendu esthétique / La personnalisation des questions-réponses et de l'arborscence / les qualités SEO.

Cons

La première version était un peu compliquée à prendre en main. Depuis la mise en place de la V2, nous sommes satisfaits à 100% : le back office est simple et intuitif.

Pros

J'apprécie Smart tribune pour sa facilité de prise en main pour les utilisateurs et la rapidité avec laquelle la FAQ peut être mise en place. Les reportings proposés sont aussi une solide base d'information pour améliorer les contenus.

Cons

Il n'est pas possible de supprimer un article et cela est vraiment nécessaire pour faire le "ménage" dans le back office. L'évolution est en cours.

Pros

intégration simple dans le site, simple à mettre à jour, fonctionnalité de mise en avant de questions, fiabilité et une équipe à l'écoute et réactive... ;) Développement avec l'équipe d'une base de connaissance pour nos conseillers !

Cons

le back office (vivement la nouvelle version tant attendue :) ) permettant notamment d'avoir davantage de stat, un meilleur système de recherche et une mise en forme plus sympa du contenu des Q&R :)

Pros

Pratique et efficace, on déploie et on maintient facilement toutes les questions / réponses. Facile à déployer, aussi bien sur la page FAQ qu'en "push". La nouvelle interface du back-office est claire et simple à prendre en main. Le paramétrage est souple et permet un affichage fin sur chaque page.

Cons

Un plugin wordpress natif serait top (on a développé le notre du coup). La version 1 du back-office était peu ergonomique (mais remplacée par la nouvelle vraiment top).

La création, modification, mise en avant d'une FAQ est simplissime. La fiabilité de la plateforme est sans faille : aucun arrêt de service en plus de 4 ans de partenariat ! L'équipe projet et les experts techniques sont à la fois très disponibles, compétents et à l'écoute des besoins.

Pros

L'intégration à notre site web (et à notre espace client avec des configurations techniques distinctes) pour nos FAQs particuliers et professionnels (2 bases de connaissances) est claire et sans problème. Le back office est très facile à prendre en main (5 minutes), la nouvelle version 2020 est encore plus conviviale. Less accès contextuels aux FAQs (dans les formulaires de contact, ou via un moteur de recherche "stand alone" par exemple) sont très pratiques.

Cons

Le SEO des FAQs pourrait être améliorés, même si l'utilisation de SEO4AJAX a résolu pas mal de soucis que nous avions auparavant. La nouvelle version du Back Office (début 2020) n'a pas encore toutes les fonctionnalités qu'avait la précédente version, mais ça ne saurait tarder. Les modifications en masse (eg. mise à jour d'un numéro de téléphone) seraient intéressantes à développer.
