### "A convenient solution for building smart chatbots"

At a first look, everything seemed very complicated and I didn’t know where to start. However, the BotsCrew team provided great guidance and help on the whole journey. We managed to build a chatbot, connect it to all of the channels we used so far and integrate with our software. This platform is fully flexible and has allowed us to automate a great number of customer requests while dramatically reducing our cost to serve.

Pros

There are so many integrations, channels, and custom features. The opportunities with this platform are basically limitless! And there is always someone from BotsCrew on the other side who can support you and help with developing new features and improving your bot. I also highly appreciate the fact that everything is managed from a one single view and you don't have to switch between many different tools to create, track, and analyze the performance of the chatbot.

Cons

It is expensive for small businesses. The platform is really more of an enterprise solution. And there is a lot of manual bot training. The smarter you want your bot to be - the more training has to be done.

We were trying to optimize our customer service efforts, and the chatbot was the most obvious solution for our case. With the platform, we were able to build a solution that helped us boost our customer service efficiency and increased our customer satisfaction scores a little bit.

Pros

I like that the platform and the team are very flexible. We needed custom integration with our internal tools, and the team quickly implemented those. Also, we were able to brand and customize the chatbot to match our brand and tone of voice.

Cons

Their pricing isn't the cheapest on the market

### "Very flexible platform and unlimited opportunities"

Our experience with BotsCrew was very pleasant and effective. Initially, we planned to create a chatbot which can answer to customers outside the office hours when there are no agents available. However, we end up with a real virtual assistant that can handle much more requests and save time for our support team.

Pros

We felt complete guidance and professional support from the BotsCrew team on the whole process. They didn’t only answer our questions but were proactive, offering new solutions, trying to deeply understand and analyze our needs. It is much more than just a platform for building a chatbot!

Cons

Time. This is not a platform where you can build a chatbot in a couple of hours and immediately test it on the website. Be prepared to spend more time, however the result really pays off.

The overall experience has been great. We were able to quickly create and set up the chatbot and integrate with our CRM, analytics, and other tools. And the BotsCrew team has been very helpful. They provided guidance and assistance throughout the whole process.

Pros

We were looking for a solution to create a website widget and a FB messenger chatbot while integrating with the current tools we use. The platform is very intuitive and easy to use. We were able to really quickly set up and connect the chatbot on our website. Also, the platform is integrated with our CRM, which is the most important thing for us. I like that the platform is very flexible. The team can add custom integrations and features if needed.

Cons

There is no mobile app, which would be a great plus to have. And the product is on the more expensive side.

Pros

The adjustability of the platform is something that stands out. We've connected all our systems with the chatbot to have a smooth data flow. The team fully guides you through the process and makes sure you succeed. Max shared a lot of great insights during our calls.

Cons

There could be more default integrations in a standard version. Also, it would be nice to have a mobile app.

Good product and strong team. We got this impression after using this product. We were able to create several chatbots that were useful for our tasks and made our life easier. On the second try, we managed to integrate with CRM. The support team was in touch and helped to solve several difficult problems. In general, we were satisfied.

Pros

Integration with CRM. Platform flexibility. The ability to add integration.

Cons

I think it could have free trial. And it will be good to have a mobile app.
