Utile e facile condividere i video dei candidati con altri recruiter, semplicemente inviando un link.

Pros

E' uno strumento molto utile per conoscere meglio e "di persona" i candidati. Si possono registrare le domande anche tramite video. Devo ammettere che è davvero molto facile e intuitivo da utilizzare

Al momento non vi è nulla che non mi piaccia in questo tool

Cvideo mi ha consentito di utilizzare un unico strumento per i colloqui on line e di tenerne traccia

Pros

credo che il maggior vantaggio di questo software sia la possibilità di tenere traccia dei colloqui effettuati e la possibilità di racchiudere in un unico strumento tutte le fasi della selezione.

Cons

Può capitare che le e-mail di invito a colloquio inviate al candidato, vengano scambiate per e-mail di spam a causa della denominazione del mittente quando si invia con il sistema invece di una e-mail tradizionale

è una buona opportunità per vedere come si pone un candidato quando cerca di presentarsi nel migliore dei modi (non è in diretta ma registrato)

Cons

ci vuole tempo per il processo di selezione se si decide di utilizzare cvideo, infatti è il candidato a "dettare" le tempistiche, e non il selezionatore

Ho scoperto CVideo per caso e l'ho provato per un progetto interno, avevo bisogno di uno strumento per valutare alcune persone in un determinato contesto e con domande precise, ma soprattutto di condividere il risultato al mio responsabile. Selezione fatta e obiettivo raggiunto.

Pros

Ho apprezzato che durante il periodo di prova la soluzione non presenta limitazione, inoltre quando ho contattato il referente di Arca24 per avere una breve formazione e per rispondere ad alcuni dubbi mi sono sentita trattata come una cliente storica.

Cons

Mi è capitato che un paio di destinatari non hanno ricevuto il mio invito, sicuramente può succedere o forse è finito come mail indesiderata. Comunque è stato possibile rimandare il link a chi non l'aveva ricevuto.
