Pros

Maintenance module is very intuitive and easy to work with, together with the scheduling calendar it allows to track and plan all the maintenance tasks.Logistics module take into consideration all aviation industry aspects and allows to track, move and manage tooling, equipment ans spare partsDifferent profiles of users can be set in order to have different roles for each department and restrict access to certain information or modules depending each user role.

Cons

There are more modules that would need to be implemented but current base of the software is solid enough to incorporate them in the near future

La puissance de personnalisation. C'est une gmao très ouverte puisse qu'on peut créer de nouvelles tables et rajouter des champs aussi.

Cons

L'ergonomie du logiciel est à améliorer. Le visuel surtout la police des libellés de l'interface.

Matrix va nous permettre de capitaliser et partager, dans tous les processus métiers, l'information qui était jusqu'à présent dispersée dans différentes applications et outils de communication.

la personnalisation. La prise en compte de process annexe à la maintenance.

Cons

au stade du déploiement, je n'ai pas de points d'insatisfaction.

Franchement c'est un très bon outil facile à utiliser au quotidien et qui nous a fait gagner du temps et de la fiabilité au quotidien.

Pros

Produit simple à mettre en place et à utiliser pour notre besoin. Il est très facile de retrouver les informations concernant les équipements (super pour les audits!) Cela nous a permis de regrouper toutes les informations dispatchées dans de nombreux fichiers EXCEL et de pouvoir les partager avec tous les services. Nous avons enfin un outil d'analyse pour progresser dans notre approche du préventif.

Cons

Il reste encore des bugs sur les affichages qui ne restent pas d'une session sur l'autre. Il est dommage que l'on soit obligés de sortir d'un module achat par exemple pour consulter une info sur un équipement. Un multi fenêtrage serait un plus.
