Muito positiva. Atende às expecativas ao que se propõe a entregar.

Pros

Gosto e uso muito da visão geral das oportunidades no Dashboard assim como a possibiidade de integrar e documentar as atividades entre as diferentes àreas e etapas do processo, da oportunidade à pesquisa de satisfação após a entrega da solução (projeto).

Cons

Sinto falta da integração com sistema de sales engagement que utilizamos porém, acredito que em breve haverá esta opção.

Pros

O sistema integra a gestão de oportunidades de vendas com meus processos. Assim posso transformar uma oportunidade em projeto após o fechamento. É simples e prático para usar.

Cons

Não vejo nenhuma oportunidade de melhoria no momento. Uma sugestão se eles puderem criar uma plataforma de contas a pagar, receber e emissão de NF e boleto ficará ótimo, pois assim não precisarei de outro sistema de informação para gerenciar minhas finanças.

Experiência bastante positiva. Produto em curto espaço de tempo teve um grande salto em funcionalidades e qualidade, o que denota uma equipe de produto bastante engajada com os clientes e necessidades de mercado. Planos de adesão bastante flexíveis, sem amarras. Aplicação estável, intuitiva e com interface "smart and clean". Atendimento do time de produto e customer success nota 10.

Pros

Interface intuitiva e bem elaborada Aplicação bastante estável Foco voltado para empresa de serviços Funcionalidades diferenciadas das mesmas ferramentas do ramo.

Cons

Por se tratar de um produto ainda novo, ainda não possui algumas funcionalidades que necessitamos, como integração SMTP com servidores de e-mail externos, criação de campos customizados, por exemplo, porém a equipe do produto já informou que ambas as funcionalidades estarão disponíveis ainda no primeiro semestre de 2021.

A Airbox nos trouxe um ganho de produtividade inédito por centralizar num único lugar um grande volume de informações sobre a nossa operação, permitindo o acesso fácil a todos da equipe.

Pros

A facilidade com que se visualizam os detalhes de projetos e processos. Todo o volume de trabalho fica claro, permitindo a gestão assertiva dos recursos. Além da coleta de registros de satisfação (feedbacks) de clientes (internos ou externos).

Integração com ferramentas de agenda e notificações de aproximação de deadlines.

Quanto ao produto foi espetacular, atendeu perfeitamente às nossas necessidades, cortamos custos reduzindo as múltiplas ferramentas que utilizávamos e pudemos ajustar nossos processos, tornando-os mais claros, documentados e com uma melhor e mais acessível visão analítica. Com a empresa também foi uma ótima experiência, sempre atentos a nos escutar e prestar qualquer esclarecimento, inclusive com dicas de gestão e processos que otimizaram nosso dia a dia.

Pros

Diferente de outras ferramentas que acabam impondo sua metodologia de gestão para viabilizar o seu uso pleno, a Airbox permite o inverso, de modo que você pode adequar a ferramenta aos métodos e instrumentos definidos para a gestão da empresa. Além de englobar os processos de ponta a ponta, sem a necessidade de contratação de diferentes plataformas, o que favorece a análise do processo gerencial como um todo e economiza recursos.

Cons

Quando iniciei a utilização do produto alguns fluxos ainda estavam sendo desenvolvidos e precisavam de ajustes, mas a equipe nos escutou e iniciou um processo de aprimoramento, adequando às nossas necessidades.

O Airbox, para mim, resume o conceito de all in one quando o assunto é gestão inteligente de professional service. Integrar todo o processo de venda, execução e satisfação em apenas um local era o que minha empresa necessitava para conseguir agregar mais valor para os clientes e profissionalizar todo o nosso serviço. A gestão do conhecimento que esta ferramenta dispõe é muito boa e permite que equipes distintas sigam processos diferentes sem qualquer entrave ou dificuldade em comunicação. O software poupa tempo, profissionaliza o serviço e dá inteligência para a tomada de decisões. Nas novas funcionalidades ele também fornece informações valiosas sobre a produtividade dos colaboradores. Além de ter ajudado demais a gestão remota durante a quarentena.

Pros

Gestão integrada de tarefas em kanban, implementação acompanhada, controle de vendas em bolhas (até o momento o único software que contempla esse tipo de visualização), controle de tempo empregado em tarefas, controle de tarefas e pontuações para Scrum, apoio e suporte para chamados dos clientes, acompanhamento de histórico do cliente (perfeito para gestão de conhecimento e carteira de clientes)

Cons

A única dificuldade que passamos foi as primeiras semanas, por ser um software que contempla toda a jornada do nosso cliente tivemos que delimitar áreas de atuação para cada funcionário, no entanto, com a ajuda do implementador isso se tornou mais fácil.

Cons

Acredito que ao longo do tempo estarei mais acostumado com o fluxo de rotinas dentro do aplicativo, principalmente a estruturação das etapas dos projetos.
