Pros

What I love about ChatFlow is that this software was extremely easy to use. I was able to embed to a website without a sweat, in other words, it was no hassle even for a beginner who is new to this software. It allows for customization and efficiency, at the same time, offered at low cost.

Cons

My only con would be that there could be more functionalities to this software.

Started on the FREE trial and this software was easy to use, and navigate and embed to a company website without a hasstle. Intergration with Facebook Messenger.

Cons

Faster response time for chatbot and could be improved by making youtube tutorial for this product.
