I'm definitely happy with our decision to move our processes and tasks to Virtus Flow. Our company saved a lot of money by switching to Virtus Flow. We cover with one platform multiple departments and the support is great.

Pros

Virtus Flow is a powerful and feature-rich software for automation through workflows. We now have several departments using it. We implemented a full Vendor Credentialing Portal customizing everything that we needed, it was fast and is now more than a year that we're using it. I never had a problem. We also automated Customer Support and Helpdesk processes. I really like how they developed new rich features in the last months. The platform includes also a Project Management application that replaced our previous tools.

Cons

I would like to see a Community where to share experiences and find more resources online.

We were not able to manage processes different from IT. Virtus Flow can handle workflows and forms for every department.

Virtus Flow is very great platform to build a wide range of processes and forms. It includes many features and you can reduce the number of applications in use. The user interface to develop forms and processes is intuitive.

Pros

I'm not a developer, I'm an executive, and I choose this platform because it allows me to orchestrate our processes with one single tool. Before we were using 6 different platforms with all the problems connected. Virtus Flow exceeded my expectations in terms of usability. I can quickly edit a workflow and one second later everyone is using the new version. Instead of sending bunch of emails I can now focus on tracking results.

Cons

We started initially with a On-premise version and for us was not the right choice. We didn't have enough resources to follow them, giving the green light before any update. They moved us to the Cloud version and now is much better, we didn't experience any issue. I recommend, if your organization is not enterprise, to buy the Cloud version.

Reasons for choosing Virtus Flow

I choose Virtus Flow because it allows me to create complex workflows and I don't depend from my developers. It was also cheaper than the competitors and is the only one that includes a full ticketing management app.

My experience has been so far very good and I recommend the tool. I'm planning to move more of our processes here. The platform is robust and we never had a problem with workflows in production.

Pros

I use Virtus Flow every day, is now an essential tool for my business. I'm using it to organize our internal processes and manage IT projects. I created several workflows for different departments like Customer Onboarding, Vendor Management, Employee requisition and so on. We got rid of our spreadsheets and instead of sharing files every manager knows what is happening. What I really like is that I can track all my activities, processes, and documents in one interface. I don't know if we're using all the features because I was not involved during the onboarding. We're using the Cloud version and, so far, ne never had a downtime.

Cons

Some months ago I had some issues with the Mail integration module for Office 365 but I contacted the support and they fixed. It was a minor issue for us and they fixed right away.
