Customer support was great and very quick to respond.

Pros

It is very basic and simple to use. If you have computer skills you will be able to use it fine.

Cons

The learning academy had many videos that did not work so that slowed me down.

Once we go tolling I felt the safffire team was on my team!

Pros

Support team of \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] was awesome. Was able to get updated info immediately. Customization for our fairs needs done in timely fashion.

Cons

At the beginning ..... I wish they would have asked me MY LEVEL of computer skills. Checked in more Than once a week as to my progress.
