I have used EPIM from version 5. By my experience it has been reliable, more and more when developed to version 12 and forward. I originally switched from Microsoft Outlook to EPIM and I have not regretted it. EPIM is and stays my main tool for time management and information organizing.

Pros

It is, according my opinion, the best PIM on the market. I use the Calendar for all my scheduling, the Tasks for my projects. The key is its versatility. For example the Notes is incredible to do almost anything and store information categorized almost limitless from structured to random.

Cons

The only one in my line of work would be just the design of the user interface. It is looking somewhat clumsy but that is of course only aesthetics...

I was not satisfied Outlook's task management, especially repeating tasks and subtasks control. Same goes to Notes. Overall, using Outlook for my purposes was too hard.

I was using Goldmine with my Gmail and it had SQL at the back end and every time I had a problem I had to take favour for re-integrating the same. I am not a IT person so it is very difficult to learn back end DB and be worried if windows crashes. Essential PIM has made my life easy with emails

Pros

It is very easy to use without any hassles of integrating with our Gmail or email. Very fast and user friendly.

Cons

Updates every time make me wonder if I should download or wait for the next.

Utilizo o EpimPro a 2 anos, acredito que seja uma ferramenta extremamente importante nos dias atuais pra gerenciar as informações digitais da minha vida.

Pros

Gosto do módulo de gerenciameto de senhas, com ele minha vida se tornou muito mais fácil pra lidar com tanta senha pra locais diferente.

Cons

A configuração que faço no módulo senhas (icones e hierarquia) é perdida quando eu faço algumas atualizações.

Well after all these years I'm still using it because it's the answer to most of my problems... But I never feel like I can fully rely on it... There's always surprises that catch me off guard and cost me business

All the calendar management that it provides and promises is exactly when I need to manage my workflow

Cons

There are still a few design issues that are counterintuitive... And some failsafe calendar management protections that are missing... And periodic syncing catastrophes

Words cannot describe how Essential PIM made my life easier, from Managing emails, notes, passwords, contacts, everything. This on top of how the Devs handle support stuff like bugs, and how they cater to the needs of their users.

Pros

I like EPIMs customizability and ease of use in general.. How this single application does everything I need. Store attachments, inter link the different modules, how flexible the Email Modules' Message Rules is that even when handling multiple accounts all at once (I have setup 12 different active email accounts in EPIM), messages from any or all accounts are segregated, filtered, and managed properly

Cons

Having used EPIM since v3.74 (used to pay annually, then changed to lifetime), Most if not all cons I had in earlier versions had since been fixed and significantly improved.

Reasons for choosing EssentialPIM

Essential PIM is basically an ALL IN ONE awesome tool.
