Pros
Kwes was easy to incorporate and simple to set up. It was more useful than the alternative of rolling our own solution.
The KwesForm dashboard is so intuitive and easy to use that I'm happy to use it for client websites (compared to a lot of developer solutions which can't be handed off to the client).
The ability to customise notification emails is my favourite feature.
It was pretty straightforward to set up and start using the product. The number of features offered is fantastic.
Cons
I have to find a few work arounds for this, but overall not a con, just a few missing features for more complex form data.
I'll never have to write another PHP form parser again.
The mobile version of the dashboard is a little bit awkward.
The only downside is the difficulty in changing the styling of the success and error messages when the form is implemented.

"Excellent Customer Service"
Overall: I needed to submit forms for my static website without using PHP. Kwes allowed me to easily add a few lines of HTML to my form and seamlessly take care of my contact needs.
Pros: It made submitting forms very easy. It was the perfect solution to my problem -- I wish I had found it sooner.
Cons: The free-tier has very low allowance. This is not convenient for small sites / new developers.
"Gamechanger for Web Agencies"
Overall: Needed a way to create forms easier, faster, and keep control in integration and styling.

Cons: I would like to see graphs for my data. Some basic charts that allows me to see patterns quickly.
"A capable and easy to use form handling service"
Overall: We use Amazon static web hosting and needed a form handling capability. We wanted the ability to automate emails both to the company and to customers with attachments and content.
Pros: Kwes was easy to incorporate and simple to set up. It was more useful than the alternative of rolling our own solution.
Cons: As a low volume business the entry price was higher than we would have liked. However, the functionality and value were still worth it.
"Game-changing forms for JAMstack sites"
Overall: A client-friendly solution for developers. No need to use traditional CMS like Wordpress or Squarespace. With KwesForms I can stick to static sites and use KwesForms for contact forms, appointment scheduling and even credit card processing for digital products.
Pros: Adding a KwesForm to my JAMstack site was the best onboarding experience I've had. It was beginner friendly and I was up and running in a few minutes. The KwesForm dashboard is so intuitive and easy to use that I'm happy to use it for client websites (compared to a lot of developer solutions which can't be handed off to the client). The ability to customise notification emails is my favourite feature.
Cons: Don't have anything to say in this column.

"Excellent product"
Overall: Excellent
Pros: It was very easy to get started and setup workflows. It's light-weight and offers good customisation options

"I'll never have to write another PHP form parser again"
Pros: Dev friendly and dead simple to set up. Worked like magic on my Gatsby site. Created multiple forms and had everything up and running in an afternoon. The customer service is top notch. Used their chat and in a few minutes had my answers and was back in the editor.
Cons: I'm used to pushing objects and arrays to the server and have PHP output an HTML email and send. I have to find a few work arounds for this, but overall not a con, just a few missing features for more complex form data. Have a feeling this will be taken care of in the coming months though
"[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] was awesome"

Cons: There was no issue I can report regarding the software
"Recommendation of Kwes Forms"
Pros: The ease of use and implementation is what really got me for Kwes Forms. On top of that, the technical support that Kwes offers is unmatched. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] from the support staff helped with the only road bump I ran into which ended up being a small fix in my React app.
Cons: The only downside is the difficulty in changing the styling of the success and error messages when the form is implemented.
"Kwes Forms is great !!"
Overall: [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]
Pros: It has all the functions. The price is low. API, redirect, validate ...
Cons: Since the product is young, there is little know-how on the Internet.
