It is very easy to use and the software offers many great features. Through this software, it is easy to address the individual concerns of the teams and to prevent certain problems, as well as to keep checking the different opinions of the employees.

Cons

There is nothing I do not like, everything works very well and the service of the Business Beats is very good.

Pros

Business Beat funktioniert einfach. Wir haben mit wenigen Schritten unsere MitarbeiterInnen hinzufügen und anschließend die erste Befragungsrunde mit den Standardfragen starten können. Das Pricing ist im Vergleich zur Konkurrenz unschlagbar, weil es nicht pro User ist, können Business Beat deshalb uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Cons

Die UI/UX hat zum Glück einen großen Refresh bekommen und ist dadurch um einiges Übersichtlicher als noch zuvor. Ein paar Ecken und Kanten kann man noch verbessern, aber die wichtigsten Dinge wie Mailversand funktionieren einwandfrei.
