The Yahve been informative, friendly and always do an excellent job with addressing any questions that our team needs. Pros It is easy to use and the picture quality is phenomenal. The docs are able to communicate with one another and with their patients without any interference on the system,. Cons I wish we could have had it sooner. I would love to set up other areas in our facility that I think this technology could also do well for us. Reasons for choosing ViTel Net ViTel Net came highly recommended and we could see why, from the moment that they came and spoke with us about our practice and our needs, to the installation to the training and beyond, they have been phenomenal and I think that anyone who works with ViTel Net would agree with me when I say, they are excellent! I have been able to provide my expertise as a guest speaker for two Virtual Conferences and be able to help several of my friends/colleagues as they began using Telemedicine for the first time. I am grateful that we were able to establish the relationship and the learning curve long before the Pandemic hit. Pros We starting implementing Telemed with ViTel Net over a year ago and worked through the learning curve long before Covid 19 impacted the medical field. We were using the services primarily to connect with the pediatric cardiologist for fetal echoes and then when Covid 19 hit, we expanded to Genetic and Preconception/OB use. Cons Integration was easy as we had been working with service for over a year. The difficulties really centered around the massive internet use created by so many people using the system at the same time. I did not really have any problems with the software.
