Les clients peuvent acheter des cartes cadeau en me payant directement, par l'intermédiaire de la plateforme CapCadeau. Les cartes cadeau sont jolies et personnalisables par mes clients. Elles s'affichent dans mon site internet comme si c'était moi qui les y avait installées, et je bénéficie en plus de la visibilité de CapCadeau sur les réseaux internet et sociaux.

Pros

Facilité de mise en œuvre, esthétique des cartes proposées.

Cons

Lorsque mes clients achètent une carte pour plusieurs cours sur CapCadeau, je suis obligé d'activer ces cours un par un pour enregistrer l'ensemble de la carte de cours dans mon propre logiciel de réservation. On pourrait rajouter une possibilité d'activer tous les cours d'une carte en une seule fois.

Le site Cap cadeau met en avant de manière très attractive nos bons cadeaux, de manière plus attractive que sur notre propre billetterie en ligne. La possibilité pour l'utilisateur de commander des bons sans pour autant se créer une fiche client est très avantageuse !

Pros

Une interface très facile à utiliser et une mise en avant des produits très valorisante (site au design épuré, facile à la compréhension).

Cons

Pas de point faible. Tout est ensuite dans le travail de référencement sur les moteurs de recherche.

Petit problème lors de l'impression des bons cadeaux - en recto verso ( Pas dans le bon sens) Mais cela vient peut-être de notre imprimante. Problème mentionné et qui sera rapidement réglé j'en suis certaine.

ce logiciel nous a permis de gagner au développement de nos coffrets cadeaux, d'augmenter les ventes, et en même temps de simplifier la gestion, la mise en ligne et l'utilisation générale, donc de gagner aussi du temps

Simplicité d'utilisation, réactivité des équipes pour la mise en place, conseil et suivi régulier, peu coûteux, efficacité de la proposition et augmentation de nos ventes de coffrets cadeaux et simplification de leur gestion

Cons

au début, la personnalisation des bons cadeaux n'était pas au point, mais ils ont su réagir rapidement pour palier à cela

Plutôt bien, les défauts fonctionnels du logiciel nous oblige à être créatif pour palier des impossibilités, comme devoir changer l'adresse du client de l'expéditeur pour recevoir en agence en mode comptoir le bon à imprimer et remettre au client.

Pros

Pratique et fonctionnel en l'état. Manque néanmoins des options de personnalisation.

Cons

le format et la taille des photos imposés pixelisent les bon imprimés et visuels; ne rendant pas qualitatif le rendu !

J'ai gagné du temps en automatisant le processus de génération des billets cadeaux. Avant, je générais manuellement les billets cadeaux, j'envoyais les bons sous forme de pdf par mail et je traitais les retours courrier (paiements par chèque). J'ai aussi augmenté mes ventes de l'ordre de 10% grâce à la vente en ligne.

Pros

La vente de billets cadeaux est très simple et rapide.

Cons

Manque de corrélation entre la facturation et les virements bancaires. Coût de gestion (même s'il est raisonnable).
