Ringblaze Reviews
"Ringblaze is amazing tool for any modern day business! "
Overall: At the first time you use it, there is somewhat of a learning curve. Just like anything else you use the first time. But I talked to their tech support team and they are very supportive and helpful - which I can't say for alot of the deals that I got from Appsumo. Once I setup my system with our new phone number and having the call widget onto our website, everything works as intended.
Pros: The software is an integration of VOIP and website call widgets placed onto your website. Its not feature rich as Cailrail. But so what. Cailrail is out of our budget and we don't need everything that it offers. With Ringblaze can have your own business phone number and make inbound/outbound calls from within your brower. What sets Ringblaze apart from the call widget which can be embeded onto your website. This will allow customers and visitors to call your customer hotline from within that widget itself seamlessly. The UI is simple enough to use. Best thing is that they are going to make improvements to this product and the team is dedicated to finding out what the customers needs are and building that feature into the product. Like most people, I got mines from Appsumo. With one code I was able to replace my $30 VOIP system. That is such a great deal for me! Ringblaze is good and its going to be even better in the months to come. Any business will benefit if you still make calls using your phone and embedding the call widget onto their website. Its certainly worth getting.
Cons: There is nothing wrong with Ringblaze. I just wish that the get back onto Appsumo so that I can purchase more code. That's the only thing I regret so far.

"Huge potential, but not there yet"
Overall: Ringblaze is a pretty simple and straightforward software for call management for your business. It's really made for team collaboration, but for myself only it works great too. You can setup business hours, you can setup a "Waiting song or message", but mostly it's pretty basic. The simplicity is great, but that also means you can't do a lot with it. Of course, this might not be entirely bad if you just want a simple solution to do some basic stuff, but altogether it doesn't really outshine the competition. This field is actually not that competitive, since other tools I've tried fail to work at even some of the basic functions. The features it has, they do work great actually, without fail. So I do see a huge potential for this tool.
Pros: The simplicity of the tool is one of it's great assets. I think this would shine in a team collaboration setting since that's what it was designed for. I'm a one-man-show, so I can't really comment on that aspect. It is great because it has an web integration widget, which means that anyone can just press it and call you - which could forward the call to whomever is available on the team. It's also great for getting voicemails with orders or other information.
Cons: The Android app doesn't seem to be working properly. It keeps giving me errors. It asks for microphone permission even though it has it. And I don't think I've ever seen it have any updates. So indeed the development of this is really slow. I've been with them for about 2 years now, and only now they have added a Text/SMS function. After 2 years. Which you would think it's a pretty basic function. There are a lot more options that they could add to really make this great, like autoresponders to SMS, auto calling with pre-recorded audio messages and so on. Visually, the tool looks great, they have a huge potential, but they just aren't really developing it.

"Terrible service and crooks! "
Overall: I should have cancelled as soon as I got my first bill. They did a promotion to make me think the cost is low, but then once the first bill came, it was much more than expected. Customer service is terrible and were never much help. It seems they only want your money.
Pros: I actually did not like anything about this carrier, but it is not many options for toll free business numbers.
Cons: They consistently added extra things on my monthly statement when I did not ask for or approve of. Not only do you pay the very high monthly bill, but you also pay for minutes and your phone number even if you own the number. Terrible customer service, these people do not care about your business!

"VOIP calls now got easier and in range."
Overall: Overall, this offers great packs which is reasonable to afford. Also, the calling features like call hold, record is great.
Pros: Ringblaze is a useful application that can make it simple for website visitors to call you while they are already there.
Cons: It has call drops issue which is really annoying. App could be made more user friendly.
"Love the call widget"
Pros: UI is clean and easy to get arround. The feature I like the most is the call widget to embed on site
Cons: Fairly expensive compared to other services

"Great tool for your website that has much more potential"
Pros: Ringblaze is a helpful tool that can make it easy for people to call you that are already browsing your website.
Cons: I think it can really have a lot of opportunity as a VOIP service but when making a couple calls through the service the call dropped. I was thinking of switching away from a VOIP provider I have now but will not be doing so due to the dropped calls.
