Pros

digioffice is een uitstekende tool om documenten en relatie gegevens te beheren. digioffice is door de hele organisatie te gebruiken waardoor iedereen bij de data kan waar men voor gemachtigd is.

Cons

bij het opslaan van documenten kunnen soms de benamingen van de documenten te lang zijn waardoor het uploaden niet gaat. je moet dan de documentnaam inkorten of op een ander "pad" opslaan zodat het document wel geupload kan worden.

Pros

DigiOffice is de spil in het documentenbeheer. Geregistreerde documenten zijn goed terug te vinden. Met WhiteOffice ook een goed programma voor de opmaak van documenten.

Cons

Registreren van documenten is een vrij star proces, waardoor dat relatief veel tijd kost.
