My personal experience has been amazing and how help me expand the group knowledge to all our people no matter where you are in the world.

Pros

How the platform is adaptable and constantly evolving to support all there customers. I love how it is not base just for UK but can support our Learners across the Globe.

Cons

For me specifically the audiences rule of 24 hours can limit me in how how I can onboard our people on day 1 as assigned content may not appear especially if start date is day 1 for the learner.

Absolutely everything. The platform is so simple and easy to use. Customer support is second to none

Cons

Nothing - I literally have no bad words about Thrive. It has enabled our colleagues to connect and grow massively

Good always work well with the team and are here to help if needed. I do think the system has lots of positive and great features and look forward to rest to come.

Pros

The new features and the fast nature thrive updates and changes is best. I like that they are ahead of curve and looking forward.

Cons

Sometimes the need to fix and get back to basics so many little things that would make it easier in my role and for users just get overlooked for new features.

Thrive have been a massive support for me over the years. I think as well as the platform the people that work at Thrive are their greatest assets.

Pros

I like how much it adapts and changes to customer needs and it never remains static. We get regular platform updates and changes and my Account Manger always updates me with the ones she knows are relevant to me which is so helpful.

Cons

Sometimes feel it’s too driven towards retail customers. I have struggled with not being part of a community. However they have attempted a financial services group but that has not kept up sadly.

Great all round experience from the platform to everyone we interact with at Thrive. Working in partnership together on how we can improve and making suggestions is so refreshing

Pros

Engaging, easy to use and accessible. Our colleagues love how easy it to access their learning, see what’s been assigned to them and be curious about their development. Colleagues are creating goals and linking content which is fantastic

Cons

I’d love to be able to see more data for e-learning content that’s loaded from articulate to better support our impact on learning

Pros

Communication is great! Williness to help and support. Easy to use and done one always available to help when needed.

Cons

Not bring a LMS platform user there have been lots and lots of email norms relevant however just signed contract for LMS

Translation isn't YET reflexed is every part of the platform. Android issues with our retail teams using the app.

Great first 6 month. A very steep learning curve but the team,have been freat and the Zen desk have been very helpful

Pros

Great platform, and perfect to use from my point and users. Easy interface and looks attractive to all users

Cons

Admin heavy atm. Some teething issues with the audiences butbmost of the issues have come from the 3 weeks from signing to launch

The team are the most supportive ! No ask is too big and they are always on hand to help, we have a great relationship with our CSM

Cons

Campaigns are great but the content could be refreshed more regularly. We would prefer more technical training on the platform

Pros

Range of features and love the event management feature. I adore the campaign feature and the ability to share lending via system notifications.

Cons

Lack of training materials when more products launch. I think this would really benefit customers if done.

Very good overall experience, our Account Director \[sensitive content hidden\] has been excellent in helping us launch the system within our businesses.

Pros

The reporting features and the ability to have such a large variety of reporting options. As a over arching company with several businesses we are able to easily separate out work

Cons

It is rather admin heavy, and as a result is rather time consuming, for example moving people into audiences who are on mat leave and long term sick

Easy to use and good for training has easy access to all platforms and love that the whole team can see all updates straight away.

Cons

The search sometimes does not bring you to what is needed and also the AI questions often do not know the answers

Cons

The accessibility and ease of use I believe this can be you’re complicated and it can be hard to find things this can be resolved though knowledge and guides.

I'm pretty new to thrive as I've only been with my company for 3 months but not only is it easy to use, the team have been super helpful

Pros

The user dashboard breaking down usage it's very easy to navigate and visuals are great. The platform is easy to navigate also and easy to update

Cons

The Kiki bar isn't as visual as I'd like it to be, it would be great to have a picture of the kik robot to draw users attention

Pros

Thrives customer support and content library are fantastic. Can't recommend our AD Eugene enough and they're working hard to solve our technical problems.

Cons

Their tech function is rapid but sometimes means it's not fully tested. We could do with more transparency on the tech roadmap.

Pros

A wide range of learning opportunities for all different types of workers within the business , aswell as great reporting areas. Very responsive team who are wonderful

There is a lack of opportunity to customise interfaces, and within the reporting areas we struggle to pull the relevant data sometimes

Good. I was not using the product for interesting assignments, but it was easy to use, which was most important.

Pros

Easy to use and intuitive interface. Easily to complete course over the phone, which has been an issue with other similar products used.

Cons

The content was very dry for the compliance courses that I took on Thrive, though it should be noted that the subjects were themselves not particularly interesting.
