Pros

I like its ability to be customized to suit our business in so many ways. It has significantly improved how our work flows back and forth between the field, office and client. We are more effective and efficient because of it.

Cons

The way we are able to filter or search for jobs is not very forgiving. I have struggled to find this information when not entering the locations exactly as they are in Matidor.

Matidor has been great. The customer support is amazing and really helpful. Overall, it has supported our many projects over all their scopes.

Pros

I really like the ease of use, data management, and project collaboration that Matidor offers. It has helped streamline our projects and due dates.

Cons

For me, what doesn't really work at this time is the photo format when exporting photos. It would be really helpful if we could modify layouts or what is included with photos in the future.

The initial set-up process took a bit of time and configuring but the team from Matidor worked hard to get us up and running as quickly as possible.

Pros

Matidor has expedited our work through the easy to use task function. It is quick and easy to see what stage project sits at and monitor deadlines.

Cons

The budgets are good, but could benefit from a more granular system where more information could be pulled out.

Matidor is the best project management tool for surface/environment that I have used in my career. The customer service is also unmatched.

Pros

The ease of use because the product is so visual. It brings the field onto your desktop.

Cons

The reporting could be cleaner but I know that is currently being worked on.

Overall, I like the platform. I feel that it is not the most advanced for data processing or visualization; however, I feel this allows it to be easily used and understood by all members of our organization.

Pros

Matidor is very user-friendly platform that allows us to track specially relevant data across all members of our company. Additionally, the support team is quick to respond and very helpful.

Cons

The software does not have as many tools to process data as some competitors, and can feel lacking when trying to interpret or visualize data.

Pros

Streamlined project management platform that ultimately lowered my company’s liabilities to our clients by having an all-in-one platform. No more worrying about documents, files, or other critical project items being placed in the wrong digital folder.

Cons

I truly have nothing negative to say about Matidor or the team at Matidor. The platform was very easy to learn how to use and get onboarded, and the customer service was amazing at Matidor.
