Pros My company was able to transfer their money easily to databricks by uploading files to the server and moving them over to databricks. Cons The process was a bit slower using Oracle to transfer over to databricks and we had to keep manually going back in. Kind of don't like it when it comes to looking at information; you have to wait an extra day before plugging information in.
