C'est une plateforme qui façonne le quotidien. C'est un véritable couteau suisse. La plupart des besoins numériques sont couverts, quelque soit le métier concerné.

Pros

Jalios permet une souplesse dans son utilisation et met sa puissance à disposition des utilisateurs.

Cons

Il reste quelques briques basiques à implémenter pour peaufiner le tout (groupe Admins par exemple). Cela facilitera grandement les opérations pour les animateurs et administrateurs, notamment.

Pros

La solution est souveraine et l'accompagnement des équipes Jalios est une force. La solution est adaptable selon les spécificités de chaque client.

Le support et les délais de prise en compte des demandes de correctif. Heureusement il existe la procédure d'escalade ! Le moteur de recherche et les métriques

Notre retour est très positif. JPlatform 10 SP8 est un outil solide, bien pensé, et capable de répondre à de nombreux besoins. L’accompagnement est de qualité, on se sent soutenu à chaque étape. Mais ce qu’on retient surtout, c’est que la réussite dépend beaucoup de l’engagement interne : sans stratégie d’adoption claire, sans relais métiers, l’outil reste sous-exploité. Ce n’est pas l’outil qui fait tout, c’est à l’établissement de construire une vision et de s’organiser pour en tirer pleinement parti.

Pros

JPLATFORM 10 SP8 est très complet et permet de couvrir une grande variété de besoins : communication interne, travail collaboratif, gestion de documents, animation de communautés, etc. On apprécie surtout la qualité de l’accompagnement, que ce soit côté Jalios ou via les intégrateurs : les équipes sont compétentes, à l’écoute, et vraiment dans une logique de co-construction. Le paramétrage est fin, et on peut vraiment adapter la plateforme aux besoins métiers.

Cons

Ce n’est pas un point faible du produit ni de l’accompagnement, au contraire, Jalios et les intégrateurs sont de bon conseil et très impliqués. En revanche, si l’établissement n’a pas une stratégie claire et portée en interne, on risque de passer à côté du vrai potentiel de la plateforme. Il faut des référents formés, une vision partagée, et un engagement fort en interne pour que l’outil prenne vraiment sa place dans les usages.

Jalios est un outil puissant et complet, bien adapté aux besoins de nos 2 collectivités. La mise en place demande un vrai investissement en temps et en accompagnement, mais une fois les usages bien posés, la plateforme devient un vrai levier de communication et de collaboration interne. L’outil est modulable, et permet de structurer l’information et les échanges efficacement. Le lien avec l’équipe Jalios renforce la confiance : ils sont présents et à l’écoute.

Pros

\- La richesse fonctionnelle de JPlatform : intranet, espace collaboratif, connecteur à Nextcloud, gestionnaire de taches, version mobile… tout est là. - Les briques d'évolution disponibles, formulaire, plateforme pédagogique, gestionnaire d'événements... - L’éditeur de contenu rédactionnel est complet, mais simples à utiliser. - La qualité relationnelle avec les équipes Jalios (techniques, accompagnement, avant vente technique) à l’écoute de nos retours et besoins.

Cons

\- La prise en main demande un vrai temps d’accompagnement : la richesse de l’outil peut devenir un frein si elle n’est pas bien cadrée.

Plateforme mise en place dans un groupe de 2800 collaborateurs, répartis dans plus de 100 structures différentes en France. Cette plateforme a permis de retrouver de l'efficacité dans nos communications à l'échelle du Groupe, et nous a doté d'outils collaboratifs adaptés à cette nouvelle organisation du travail demandant souvent de pouvoir échanger de manière asynchrone sur les projets. Le fait de centraliser un maximum d'outils (GED, Formulaires, Communication, ...) apporte beaucoup d'avantages et de sécurité également.

Pros

La richesse fonctionnelle de l'outil. La proximité et la disponibilité de l'éditeur. L'interconnexion avec autres outils déjà en place dans la société. La possibilité de se doter d'une solution efficace, tout en conservant notre souveraineté des données avec l'installation OnPremise.

Cons

La richesse fonctionnelle apporte parfois un peu de complexité sur certains aspects.

Mon expérience est extrêmement satisfaisante car elle permet d'accroitre considérablement la productivité d'une équipe ou d'une entreprise avec un effort relativement mesuré.

Pros

Le périmètre fonctionnel est particulièrement intéressant. Il est ainsi possible de consolider beaucoup d'informations et de cas d'usage au sein de la même plateforme, ce qui apporte un grand confort pour les utilisateurs. La plateforme est particulièrement modulaire (le périmètre peut donc varier en fonction des circonstances et des budgets) et paramétrable pour obtenir un comportement proche du besoin sur mesure.

Cons

Il y a un ticket d'entrée non négligeable pour apprendre à administrer la plateforme, mais une fois que vous avez acquis les compétences, le produit propose des interfaces assez efficaces. Les statistiques d'usages pourraient être améliorées pour donner d'avantages d'indicateurs aux porteurs de projet sur les pratiques effectives et els freins rencontrés par les utilisateurs.

We enlisted Jalios to develop a social network solution, everUP, designed for large companies, professional organizations, or other NGOs. They did not hesitate to closely support us and provide guidance in this development, acting as true partners.

Pros

There are many things I like about Jalios. The richness of their modules makes it very easy to create tailored solutions that suit a wide variety of client types. The availability of their teams, whether commercial or technical, is always reachable! It's impressive... Their dynamism and the efficiency with which they connect their clients and partners with each other. Beyond the Jalios products, you gain access to a vast ecosystem of professionals.

Cons

I have thought about it and very honestly, I don't see any.

Je suis convaincu par l'outil. J'ai constaté qu'il bouscule le style de management, les habitudes de travail... mais qu'il ne peut se révéler à 100% que si il y a un vrai accompagnement au changement, une véritable animation du collectif des administrateurs des espaces réservées aux communautés de travail.

Pros

Pour sa partie plateforme numérique de travail interne, le Département du Pas-de-Calais a d'abord mis en avant les fonctionnalités de COMMUNICATION pour à la fois faire circuler l'information via des articles provenant des différents collectifs de travail mais aussi via les billets de blog pour faciliter la connaissance du "qui fait quoi" au sein même du groupe projet. Ce n'est qu'ensuite que nous avons pu proposer des fonctionnalités permettant de développer la COLLABORATION via d'abord le wiki (ordre du jour transformé en compte-rendu) puis avec le JTask. Le PARTAGE DE CONNAISSANCES, la formation (JLearn) et les fonctionnalités permettant d'être EFFICACE sont présentés au fil des rencontres, des formations et des animations proposées par les administrateurs d'espaces.

Cons

Le retour sur les statistiques de comportements des intranautes. C'est un travail de définir quelles informations sont utiles, comment les présenter, comment les interpréter et ensuite d'adapter les stratégies d'animation d'un espace collaboratif.

Nous utilisons jalios au quotidien pour la gestion de l'équipe, la communication interne et même la formation de nos nouveaux collaborateurs.

Pros

La richesse fonctionnelle (Beaucoup de modules) La flexibilité fonctionnelle et graphique du produit La facilitation de la collaboration Suivi et roadmap de l'éditeur très clair

Cons

Nécessite de former les contributeurs pour tirer partie au mieux de la solution.

I selected Jalios and deployed it for a pharmaceutical lab across 3 continents, all business functions, roles (HQ staff, regional staff, field sales staff, partners, suppliers and consumers), 10 regional offices for a mix usage (online and offline).

Pros

All in-one B2E/B2B/B2C collaborative and social intranet and extranet. A comprehensive ecosystem encompassing many plug-ins/addons and integration points including other popular ECM (Nuxeo, Alfresco, 365 etc..)

Cons

The learning curve is quite stiff but worth the efforts if you want to fully integrate Jalios into your IT landscape.
