See comments in the "cons" box. **Pros:** Best price, but it shows.................... **Cons:** I signed up for the app and set an appointment for a tour and they didn't show up to the meeting. I also tried to connect it to social channels - which is the whole point of this app - and that failed miserably. Spinning wheels and blank screens (even their email verification didn't work) indicate horrendous programming. I'm not even sure if this is actually a functioning app and since customer service doesn't work either, I'm moving on.
