It is highly reliable under a stable network as though the devices were connected locally. I have had some minor inconveniences like random disconnection or having to close the software, but overall it is a reliable solution to daily remote access of any device, and the cost and performance in weaker networks can be improved. Pros Reasonable, user-friendly interface- installation and connection were fast and simple. Security is solid as well; the communication itself seems to be well encrypted and therefore I do not need to worry about manual IP configuration. Cons With a slow or low internet connection, latency is felt and can disrupt some work. The sub fee is also a little bit expensive when you will use the service infrequently. Where, using specific software, I carry out my professional activity with all the comfort of my home (I work from a home office). And do you want anything better than quality of life at work? What more can I say? Pros From my perspective... I'm sure that what I use on a daily basis is much lower than the resources offered. But I became a fan and I'm very satisfied with the product... with the support team (which, by the way, is 1000). Cons For now NOTHING to point out as a deficiency or need for improvement. Reasonable price. Great product. Does what it needs to do and does it well. Reliable too. I have never had a connection drop in the middle or work, or experienced any lag whatsoever. Pros Responsiveness. Honestly feels like you're using it on the same local machine. No lag felt beyond lag inherent with a remote desktop connection. Cons Random logouts. Sometimes an error when starting up the app. Nothing a quick close and reopen didn't fix. I also am not a fan of buying a specific amount of sessions only to have them expire after a year. If I paid for them, they should last as long as it takes for me to use them.
