Pros: The library, connection lines and the symbol edit function.
Cons: Printing to pdf, and rolling the drawing header out in the organisation. And removing/hiding port names. It a litte tricky drawing in old dwg-files after converting them to hdf. - It does work good enough.

Overall: I've been REALLY impressed with tthe customer service. They answered really fast. Also, if the component you are looking for isn't in the library, the will create it for you in couple days. Wow!
Pros: We really love the symbols and components libraries. They are very complete!
Cons: The speed the zoom in / zoom out function works is faster than our CAD drawing, so we need to get used to it.
