All in all, with text free being as convenient as it is, I no longer have a home phone. I was able to reduce my monthly bills and keep my service.

Pros

Text Free is the simplest and most convenient voip app on the market. I love the cost of the premium plans, no voip app has a better price for the premium use. The customer's support specialists are amazing. I got locked out of my account. Couldn't remember my password or my security questions. They had me back in up and running, and back on the phone in fifteen minutes.Thank you Text Free.

Cons

The voip voice reliability, not so reliable.Three out of five calls will drop in and out. Even if you have a strong wifi signal.

What i liked the most about textfree is if you have wifi you can get a free text number to send abs receive messages

Usual cell phone was OOS temporarily and i needed to keep in communication with family and work while figuring things out. Text free was exactly what i needed.

Pros

The availability and freedom to have a usable phone number. Great in a pinch, for those moments when you need to have contact, and regular cellular service isnt available, or absent.

Cons

Like most free to use programs, there are a lot of advertisements. Also you eventually have to pay for credits that get used even if a call or text isn't necessarily completed.

A simple and quick way to set it all up so I can start using it right away. I like that I don't have to upload all my contacts to it. I can add the ones I want which helps me to keep person and business separate. But if I don't use it enough in a certain time frame then I have to set up new one and pick a different number to send text. At 1st I didn't use it enough cause I was just getting started.

Pros

Able to have a free way to text so I can keep text from my personal use separate from ones I use to sell my bottles and talk to customers.

Cons

I don't know if it is a glitch or not but seems if you don't use it alot that they stop letting you continue using the number you got. So have to start over.
