"Overall Positive and Rewarding Experience at DocVilla"

**Overall:** Overall, my experience with DocVilla was positive. It offered strong learning opportunities, professional growth, and a positive team culture. Despite a few challenges, it was a rewarding and valuable experience.

**Pros:** DocVilla provides a supportive and professional work environment. The team is collaborative and approachable, which makes it easy to ask questions and learn.

**Cons:** The workload can sometimes be demanding, particularly during busy periods. There are also times when processes could be more flexible, and cross-team communication could be improved to reduce delays.

"Great application"

**Overall:** My overall experience is that I really like this application.I thought it was user friendly for the administrative staff.Maybe if there is more customization, it would be better for the older generation

**Pros:** I like the value for your moneu and security most of all, I liked the fact that it was easy to use.And the patients can use it easily too

**Cons:** The part I like the least is that sometimes the patients got confused.And especially the older generation, it wasn't easy for them to navigate through
