Cons It may seem that they are charging you for every small thing such as SMS, or dictation, or their pay as you use features, however, I found that it’s actually cost effective since their pricing is very nominal compared to other software and everything is in one place. There are also a ton of tutorials I can watch if I'm not sure how to do something. Pros As a new therapist, DocVilla has made scheduling simple. If a client discusses medication management in session, I can easily schedule an appointment with one of our psychiatrists and vice versa. I love that I can join video conferences directly as well as complete my charting and case notes all in one spot. I'm sure there are many features I haven't discovered yet as a new user. I like that I can record sessions for discussions during clinical supervision. Cons I am a new user, so maybe this is possible. But I wish there were a chat option available during video conferences. I could easily add links to resources for my clients there. That would be a bit more convenient for me than screen sharing.
