There are also a ton of tutorials I can watch if I'm not sure how to do something. Pros As a new therapist, DocVilla has made scheduling simple. If a client discusses medication management in session, I can easily schedule an appointment with one of our psychiatrists and vice versa. I love that I can join video conferences directly as well as complete my charting and case notes all in one spot. I'm sure there are many features I haven't discovered yet as a new user. I like that I can record sessions for discussions during clinical supervision. Cons I am a new user, so maybe this is possible. But I wish there were a chat option available during video conferences. I could easily add links to resources for my clients there. That would be a bit more convenient for me than screen sharing. We wanted an easier EHR for direct primary care, telemedicine, patient portal and other needs. DocVilla was able to provide that solution as we didn’t find many softwares with DPC. Customer service is great, professional and prompt. Also, I have not seen any downtime yet in EMR. Cons Nothing that comes in my mind. There was a learning curve in creating templates but customer service helped us out with training. It’s fast and pretty much everything including erx, telemedicine works fine.
