**Overall:** Had been great the team is great at responding and helping the app has been great to work with and loving it

**Pros:** Easy to learn. Has a great layout and eveything is easy to find and displayed nicely to see your work.

**Cons:** That it does not connect to my Apple calabder. Google calander works but I preferred my Apple calander

**Reasons for Switching to Fieldd:** This is designed more for detailers and the other was not

"JD's Detail"

**Overall:** I have enjoyed it overall. It is the most convenient and reasonable-priced software management system our business has used

**Pros:** The easy-to-navigate, time-saving process. It helps us manage the office side of the business so we can focus more on serving customers

**Cons:** Price can be costly for the upgraded service packages, and I wish we had more control to add and delete items
