I love how easy it is to use and the customer experience it provides for my customers! The scheduling is simple and sleek and the worker app is amazing.

Cons

There are some bugs here and there which I’ve experienced with every other CRM I’ve used, but Fieldd has been very quick to fix or troubleshoot. Any issues I have.

Zapier templates to popular apps are now directly shown within users' fieldd accounts. Hi Laurent, We reviewed the emails you sent to our support team. Your issue was setting up Zapier. We understand setting up Zapier can be hard, but Zapier is a different company to fieldd. Even though we are a different company, we offered to set up your Zapier account for you. Your response: "I'm going on holiday". The next email you sent us, asked to cancel your account - "I don't have time to setup and I'm not using fieldd". We offered to assist you once more, then canceled your account as requested. We agree Zapier makes it hard to set up their Zaps. However, after trying to speak with you about this unfair review, you told us "It's not my problem, I do not care". Our team's mission has always been to create the best software with the best service.

\- everything is included - way more feautures than most CRM tools - excellent online booking platform

Cons

\- price maybe, but you pay what you get for so..... - so far havent experienced any noticable cons especially coming from Jobber, it does a whole lot more

I am satisfied at the moment with Fieldd. i understand they are growing and there are some quirks I need to work around and the service has been great.

Pros

Ease of use Great communication and response Customer facing features of positively received Customer can see my progress on the way to their location Carfax reporting included

Cons

Can't discount gift cars for holiday sales. No Admin mobile app or Limited control on phone No Tap to Pay feature (but it maybe coming son)

Customer service is very responsive I can’t be any happier with the amount of time that has went back into my business with having field as my booking site

Cons

Nothing really the only downfall is that they don’t really cater to shop owners when it comes to window tinting. However the interface is very nice so it outweighs the “con”

I didn’t really find anything. I think the CRM is well put together very user-friendly. Kind of hard to find anything lease likely about it.

Great CRM! Easy use. Clients love the updates on arrivals etc. The marketing tools are the best. Especially for client retention

Cons

Nothing works great. I thought it was over priced at first. But when you compare to other crm and what it does worth the money. It actually pays for it self and beyond

So Far great! staff is very helpful! Having a Tree view for service setup is great for people who don't like staring at lists all day

Pros

lets you start with Marketing capabilities built in on the smallest plan. As well, gift cards and Promo codes.... Amazing!

Cons

It could use the ability to add multiple service addresses under one Customer. there is a work around but it could be way smoother

I'm happy to finally have something that can handle volume and growth, but is also visually appealing to me and my customers.

Pros

Visual appearance and ease of use. Also, they layout a clear path for your business to grow and scale.

Cons

I wish I would've heard about them sooner. Hearing alot about other CRM's but not enough about Fieldd. I've tried other softwares like Zenbooker and Urable. Wish I would've found Fieldd sooner.

Upon contact with there spectacular team, \[sensitive content hidden\] was able to help me and my business partner understand and indulge in information of which we have never seen. The key and pivotal factors talked over was firstly the security of the app, it helps and protect my business and my clients, secondly, the modernized systems to help separate and elevate my business on a high scale, some of which include the invoicing system, how we can receive payments, the overall function and direct communication was pin point!

I’ve been setting up Fieldd.co over the past few days, and I’m really impressed with how user-friendly and well-designed the platform is. The setup process has been smooth, and the features are intuitive. Pros

Easy to us and to set up your services prices, payment and all the option the booking itself, al the communication it has and the live tracking.

Cons

I dont like that there us no way to reduce the time on recurring jobs, as a detailer, if you clean a vehicle again for example, monthly cleaning, it will not take the same amount of time as the first time, so recurring jobs should have the option to reduce the time it will take

It's been amazing so far, \[sensitive content hidden\] walked me through the app, showed me everything I needed to know, even transferred all my data from my last CRM software! Amazing experience and I'm excited to see how this will improve my business.

Pros

I love to UI, marketing, and automation features. This makes it so easy to navigate through the software as well as market my business more effectively and efficiently!

Cons

They don't seem to report standard details to CarFax only high-end services. I understand why they do it but as a car guy and detailer if I looked at a vehicle I wanted to buy and see it's been professionally detailed, I would know that it's been taken care of regularly

Pros

I liked how user-friendly the platform is. The booking and dispatch features are extremely smooth, especially for mobile detailing. It gives the business a professional feel without needing to hire extra admin help. The ability to customize pricing and integrate postcards is also a unique plus.

Cons

The learning curve is a bit steep at first, especially when setting up custom service zones and booking logic. Some UI sections feel cluttered, and it can be confusing figuring out what goes where during setup. The tutorial walkthrough helped a lot.

Cons

Some things I really enjoyed about Fieldd is the Organization and systems. Very excited for the future because of this software

Cons

The only thing I do not like about Fieldd is having to pay for the text automations. Other than that nothing!

Fieldd has brought me countless clients and makes it easier with my workload. I don't have to worry about talking to clients they can easily book from my website.

Pros

Fieldd's overall use is relatively easy and messages clients for me so I can focus on doing the jobs.

Cons

The setup takes long but overall works well. The only other thing is the app is a little confusing on my phone but works well on my mac.
