Zapier templates to popular apps are now directly shown within users' fieldd accounts. Hi Laurent, We reviewed the emails you sent to our support team. Your issue was setting up Zapier. We understand setting up Zapier can be hard, but Zapier is a different company to fieldd. Even though we are a different company, we offered to set up your Zapier account for you. Your response: "I'm going on holiday". The next email you sent us, asked to cancel your account - "I don't have time to setup and I'm not using fieldd". We offered to assist you once more, then canceled your account as requested. We agree Zapier makes it hard to set up their Zaps. However, after trying to speak with you about this unfair review, you told us "It's not my problem, I do not care".
