The automated attendance policies has made report generation so much easier for our company. We had to manually calculate for half-day, weekly off, OT, etc. All this has become automated. This has definitely improved our workforce productivity. Pros "Manual crosschecking of attendance was a major problem at all our sites every month end. With Truein's accurate and centralized attendance features, we have access to the attendance data of all our employees. Truein also offers customized alerts for our admin incharge. This has brought visibility in our daily operations. Cons Some of the reports need to be downloaded before it can be viewed. If these can be viewed directly on the dashboard it would have been great.
