The app has solved major attendance related issues at our plants.The card-based attendance system we previously had was misused to mark proxy attendance. This is no longer a problem after we implemented Truein.Truein has made the on boarding process quick and smooth for us. We have implemented Truein at all our sites. Pros Truein has truly helped solve our attendance issues.As Truein is face recognition based, attendance marking has become very quick, and proxy attendance which was a major problem for us has been solved.The app allows our new staff to be on boarded directly on the Kiosk app, a very useful feature for us.OT calculations was another pain area as we have staff working in multiple shifts.
